I just updated the athemes.com Theme using the link in WP and it has broken my product pages – I don’t suppose anyone can see what the problem is that causes the right hand menu to drop to the bottom of the page? Any guidance would be appreciated ??

I’m using the most recent version of theme, but the header just disappeared and I can’t get it back. In the header I have menu, logo, etc.

I checked, I’ve get_header in page.php. Any other idea?
Btw, my admin bar disappeared as well, but I was able to bring it back with a line in funcitons.php.

Hello, is it possible to put widgets in sidebar from left side to the right side?
I want sidebar on all pages on the same side.

On shop page i have sidebar on the left and on the product page it is right. I don’t like that.

latest products content section is not shown even though I checked it.
I have my shop as homepage.

how can I fix this so that my latest products can be seen on the homepage?

I want to remove the preloader. I dont like it.
But how i do that?

I have in the extra css
#preloader{display:none !important;}

and i have remove the text, but you see a white page while you go the another page.

Who knows what to do to remove the preloader?

I’ve ran into a little problem while using your theme.
Some of my products have multiple images with differing formats.
Somehow the images are now very unorganised and all over the place, it looks like they have been removed from a raster.

Please have a look at the link below, this should be a bit more helpfull than my lacking explanation.

I’ve ran into a problem while implementing TheShop into my website.
Product images are being cut off for some reason. I’ve tried changing it in the theme customizer, this does however not change anything. Any ideas?

My products page somehow has infinite scroll. It didn’t have this before it appeared out of nowhere. It seems the pagination has been removed. Any ideas how this could have happened?

Hello,

I’m currently implementing your theme into my website.
However some products on the shop page have extra information under the product title.
This makes the box bigger than products without this extra information.
Please see the image i’ve added below. This should clarify the problem a bit more.

Hello, will it be possible to add a team section in the original template of the front page?

I did update for theshop theme and now by under products the extra photos uploaded no long appear side by side and in a slide view if a few added, it does down product page 1 by 1 and photos are now all blury. How can I fix or go back to what I had and get rid of update. I am new to creating web site so at a loss.

I would like to add text and a button link to the slider.
The original slider has text flattened to the image, I find this to be a bad practice and would like have a slider where the image, text, and button are on separate layers

Hi, I have added some shipping methods onto my website but when you go to the checkout the radio buttons to select the shipping method are clipping through the name of the actual shipping method itself. Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I have selected front page for home and have downloaded xml for sample data

I want it to be displayed before the footer

I have tried to change functions.php with the short code but no luck
I have also tried to add shortcode in the visual editor of the home page..
When i change the template to default or full width it appears but how to use it with front page ..
i know html5 and css3 is it possible with that?
If i make a child theme is it possible then?

I am trying to reduce the height of the slider,,
When i place
Height:450px !important;
in css the size of the slider is reduced but it cuts images from the bottom, Any help would be appreciated,,
What should i do to reduce the size of the slider such that it does not cut the images from the bottom?
I have figured out its about 1140 by 650 but 650 is quite large for my front page
I also tried to reduce the size of the whole div containing side bar and slider but that doesnt work either ??

I would like to center my picuteres – as you see the images are slightly left.

Also I am not sure how to delete the big distance between the pictures and the start/end of site.

Asked my computer scientist but he said it’s theme-dependent.

I can not get the thumbnails to be 2:3 ratio. No matter how many times I edit them and crop them to be rectangular, they turn back to square. How can I control the thumbnail size and ratio? When it creates square thumbnail, they just crop however too, so images do not look good.
On this page categories are also not displaying categories even though they are set up.

I would like to remove the promo box from my content pages and leave it on front page only. I am using a child theme for The Shop theme. How do I get rid of the promo box (with rocket icon, free shipping etc.) bar on other pages than the front page?

Hello , you can look on my site -> Categories -> Vibratoare …the sub category is looking ugly and its with violet colour ..and its not like the rest of the window .
