Hi, I want go know how to change color of the menue?

When I look at posts there are some space in the beginning of the row, something like this.

It only appears in posts and note on sites. If you click on the posts on the right side on sfkforellen.se you’ll see what I mean.
Is it the them or something else? I use the standard editor instead of the block editor but both have the same problem and before publishing I have no space or html code where the space appears.

I would like to change the strength of the titles on a page to strong (bold) rather than normal. Is this possible via a tweak to the customise CSS please.

I logged out to see what a visitor to my site would see and I can no longer get back in as there is no option showing for logging in when I go to the equivalent of the https://blog.carolsteele.co.uk/wp-login/ page (I have enabled the change the login page).
When I go to the shortcode login page, I can see the site, but I cannot find anywhere to log in so I can access the admin panel.

Hi!

I am changing the colors of the menu in the mobile version and can’t get rid of some black strokes on the right side of the menu. I already changed every color connected to nav-menu and main-navigation but nothing changes.
I am using a child theme and not the customizer inside the dashboard.

My posts are not time sensitive so I don’t want teh date and time stamp pr author’s name to appear on the page.

Is there a way to disable them please?

Where will I find the files containing the styling info for Techism’s Search box please?

I have a custom text widget that provides a search function onto a Family Tree database.

I need to tweak the style of this custom widget so the box outlines and button style match the rest of Techism (which is a great theme BTW).

Just updated the latest version of Techism. Looking to re-insert some minor customization. Changed the hover color for text links (body, basics, links section in CSS file) but color doesn’t change. I was able to do so in the previous theme version. Any suggestion?

I had my site https://www.lifestobelived.com set up using Techism and had a Google AdSense set up at the top of the centre column of the three across some time ago. For some reason that ad disappeared, i’m not sure if there was some change in the header if I downloaded an update and it overwrote the adsense code I had inserted in the header?

After looking at a few Youtube videos I managed to put an ad now right up the top of the screen but it seems to have a lot of padding around it so my site content doesn’t start till a bit below it, is there anyway to reduce the amount of space around this ad?

Also do you know what or where in the header.php I would need to insert some Google AdSense code to remake an add appear at the top of the centre column, just above where my stories/articles start?

I was running Version: 2.0.4. When I updated to 2.0.9 and now my Plugin Menubar no longer works.

I spent a lot of time trying to set the menus because my site has 14 menus. Is there a way to disable the menu feature in Techism?

Even if I uncheck the “Enable Full Post on Home/Archive/Category/Search pages” box, I see the full posts in the Category pages, instead of the excerpt. What is strange is that from the latest version of the theme I did not have this problem anymore. I don’t know what happened yesterday! Can you help me? When I access my site via a mobile phone, the text is all over on the left of the screen and I guess my adsense ad stretches across the whole of the mobile screen… Is this an issue with the wordpress theme or the google ad???

I’m really enjoying how you designed the whole thing but, for my preference, I would like to disable the Responsiveness of your theme. I tried various thing like deleting the whole media queries in Style.css and removing the <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width” initial-scale=1.0″ /> line in header.php but nothing actually changes. I have techism version 2.0.8 and wordpress 4.1

I am wanting to change my slider settings, one of the main reasons I installed this theme, and yet when I click on Customize the screen loads with 10 menu items on the side including:

*Site title and tagline
*Colors
*Header image
*Slider setting
*Homepage setting
*Background image
*Post meta settings
*Google web fonts setting
*Navigation
*Static front page

Almost immediately the menu collapses down to 7 options including:

*Site title and tagline
*Colors
*Header image
*Background image
*Navigation
*Widgets
*Static front page

How do I access those controls for the header slider settings and the post meta settings when they disappear and does anyone know why they disappear??

1) I have created several banner type images and loaded them into the header tab on customise, but they randomly come up when a new page is loaded, but I would prefer them as a slider so that if you stay on the one page the images will change after several seconds… From reading the questions in the forum is this not doable if you have a static front page??? Will this ever be doable or would I need to purchase a slider or photo carousel app and where would I put this???

2) How do I make my left sidebar narrower??? What bit of code or CSS or whatever do I have to change to reduce the amount of wasted space?

I would like to manipulate the size of the body content (text), as well as being able to change the size of the headings (heading1, heading2, heading3, etc.).

And I would like to change the font being used on the site (i.e., arial vs tahoma, etc.)

I have the custom CSS plugin installed. How can I make these changes?

When looking at Techism on smaller devices (responsive view) there is a strange paddig or margin to the right side. I cannot find how to correct this.

It seems to get bigget the moment the right widget bar is moved down when shrinking the view.
