How can I change the font, font size and background color in the menu in Tabut theme? I would like it to look like rest of the page.

And can I change the size of the menu and the wide of the boxes? I would like the menu to be narrower, but each box to adapt to the contents and not to split in two line like the submenu does. But still to make sure that no contents disappear out the side on a small screen.
