Text boxes

In my very simple blog posts I have an image which is 790 pixels wide.

I want to create a text box under the image which is the same width so the text wraps in line with the image.

The text box still needs to be responsive to browser/device retraction/expansion (what is the correct terminology for this?)

I’m using a theme from graph paper press called Wall Street.

Any thought please?
