I created an eCommerce store with Storefront theme. I don’t see any setting to make the hero image/banner image the top of the homepage to show completely on mobile phones. Please help me fix it.

How can I have just 2 footer columns instead of 4 on Storefront?

My logo is square, not rectangular, so there��s a lot of white space to the right of the logo which is unused. I��d like to display a message there �C what��s the best way to do this?

Also, it looks like Storefront does not have the checkbox ��Display Site title and tagline�� in the Site Identity Customizer. Why is this?

My client’s webshop site is using Storefront theme, and a reoccuring problem is that the mobile bottom navigation menu is not showing up. In the editor mode I can see the bottom navigation but on the live site, when I log out from the editor mode, it doesn’t show.
There might be more problems on the site which I am currently trying to fix, but this one just comes back regularly. Usually when I clear the site’s cache files, it reappears, but after some time, it’s gone again.

Can you help me with this please?

Hello, I’m having an issue with background images not showing up. When I first attempted to upload an image/s, they uploaded with no issues, and looked right on my desktop view, and from my desktop view, the tablet and mobile views looked correct as well. However, the images were completely distorted, or not even visible, when I viewed them from my actual mobile devices.

After, removing and uploading repeatedly and changing all of the settings with the Storefront Customizer, the function stopped working all together. I cleared all of my caches, etc. And even restored the site to a previous backup I’d created earlier in the day. I tried custom CSS as a work around to no avail. I feel like I’ve exhausted all avenues.

It seems very strange that it went from semi-working to not working at all. I can change the color of the background just fine, but zero luck with any image uploads.

If anyone could I’d advise, I’d appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I created an site-header image of 1950×500 as stated in the description, but when I uploaded, it blown up a lot, seems zoomed in a lot, so only the center part of the image is showing.

But my original image is like this

What did I do wrong? I did click the crop button when uploaded to the header.

I have immigrated my site from multisite to single, manaully. I did everything right, like zip the theme and plugin folders, import the blogs and pages from other site.

However, store front looks odd. it looks jumbled. up. When i change theme, it is fine.

i reisnstalled theme, core, all plugins. It doesnt fix it.

i did have. a corrupt security plugin. BUt it seems to have cleared now.

Anyone help?

I’ve testing the new native WooCommerce filed for GTIN, EAN, etc. but this built-in theme doesn’t show this field.

In the example product page linked I’ve added a GTIN number (12456789) but the theme only show the SKU.

Is there any plan to add this field to the theme?

I noticed that all of my older product are trying to display thumbnail size that I don’t use anymore and that are not available on the server. All new product that I create does not have this problem.

The only way I have been able to get my thumbnail back is with a plugin that disable the responsive image which force the 100×100 thumbnail to be used.

How can I remove the 648×648 thumbnail size that the product image gallery try to use? I went over each and every setting and never saw this size of image.

I have tried all the way mentioned by deactivating all the plugin except WooCommerce and also changed the theme to default one. Still the dropdown for country/region is not working on checkout, user edit page. I have cleared the cache, increased the memory and also tried on other browsers such as Opera, Chrome, Firefox as well as in incognito mode but the issue persists.
My WooCommerce is of latest version.

Over the weekend, a double menu appeared under the logo in the header. To my knowledge, I haven’t made any changes.

When I try to customise the theme, I find the menu I had before.

I’ve tried reloading storefront, I’ve cleared the cache and nothing changes.

Hi, I really need help on my new website which use Storefront theme and I really love it but there is just one issue that i can figure out how to do it. Purchase storefront powerpack but not solve it.

I am interested in integrating Google Customer Reviews on my website. Google Merchant Center is recommending that I do it. I see there is a plugin but I don’t have a budget for that small amount of money. I know.

Does anyone know how I can implement this code into my sites code? This is the only other option I am aware of.

I am using the block “all products”.

It seems to be limited to 30 products resp. 6 rows on 1 page, then there is pagination, where one can switch to the second page of products.

We have 32 products.

Is it possible to show all of them on one page, without pagination?

Does anyone know how I can stop my header image from repeating?

It says the recommended size for Storefront theme is 1950 x 500px which I have uploaded but it puts the header image in the centre then repeats it instead of stretching it to full width like other themes do.

I’m trying to show a left handed side bar of categories. I’ve created menus (but they appear in my top bar with my heading) ive tried widget but it keeps saying blog on the dashboard and when i click it it goes to blog page. i just want a side list on most pages that shows the categories

I am currently working on a site using your theme. I will update the stock manually in the first few weeks of going live but I will eventually get a hook connected to our sap system so the stock levels are always live and relevant.

My question is this. Will I run into any issues regarding your themes updates if we build such a “stock update hook”?

I have a developer who currently did this with a custom php site that he built so it can work in theory but I am concerned about doing it with a wordpress site/store front theme.

Any help or advice would be great so I can pass it onto my dev.

i have selected my images to appear as uploaded but its cropping them weird, i need the panoramic ones to be panoramic and the square to be square and include all its image

After updating to WordPress 6.6.1, images for variated products do not automatically switch to the selected variation. For some reason, this only occurs when there is a main product image added. If I remove the product image, the variation images do switch on selection. I originally thought it might be a caching error but after some experimenting I didn’t make any progress. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks!
