I have created a webpage using the SKT Black theme. However on a PC, when scrolling down, it will not scroll down properly but it jumps back up to the top of the page before it reaches the bottom. How do I fix this?

Also, when using a smaller screen like my phone, the logo image moves over the banner image and it looks messy. Is there a way of not showing the banner image only when using a mobile device or small screen?

My section GALLERY jumps 1 image in the second line and doesn’t show the 4th place where it should be an image.

I have the pro versio of the theme SKT Black and i would like to disable the slider on the homepage and have a static image.
I set an Inner Page Banner and didnt set any image in the slider section, but my image can’t be displayed…

If i set only 1 image on the slider section, i have my page who is trying to display a 2nd image and so it remove my image and diplay nothing in header instead.

There seems to be an issue with the responsiveness of this theme:

Whenever I create subpages , or link posts as subpage toa “blog” page,

the menu will not render completely .

For the pages , using a parent page for my subs, I only saw 1 sub page show up.

Please look into what may be causing this – very frustrating when under deadline with a client.

This theme looks great on my laptop and my ipad in portrait mode. I sooooo want to use it. The only issue I am getting is when I tilt my ipad to portrait mode, the theme does not fill out the screen in many places including the main slider at the top. Am I the only one seeing this? tomspracticesite.com

how you can alter the times that sections fade in as you scroll down the home page, I have a high resolution screen and some sections towards the bottom of the page never actually appear as I can’t scroll down any further?

I’m struggling to adjust the excerpt length in this theme. 3rd party plugins mess up the theme.

All I want to do is make the excerpt length longer in the ‘latest news’ section.

How do I turn off caps lock on a lot of the theme’s titles, especially the slider title text?

In the testimonials section is there a way of showing the whole review rather than it being shortened? Or at least having the option to click on a ‘read more’ tag or something to open up the full review?

I’m trying to enable the newsletter signup section on the homepage of Black theme, not sure where or how to send the form to the proper email.

I tried to use the SKT black theme. Adding my informations, pictures in the different sections. But, sometimes (regularly), when I save the new content, I go back to default and lost my work.

Since the last two days, I spend hours and hours trying to bring it to work. No way, just a few minutes agos, I changed one text in one section and lost everything (one more time)…

I wanted to try it because I loved it, wanted to buy it, started also to translate some sentences that wasn’t, but honnestly, I’m tired…

So lets see if someone can help to find out why I’m always loosing my work, if not, I will have to go for another theme…

Hello I am new to WordPress and i want to know how to fit my background image to different screen size.

I’ve been confused about the forum support posts as I have been unable edit the drop down menu background color in my SKT Black theme. I’ve tried to insert code in Appearance Theme Options > then under the Basic Settings within the Custom CSS box have the following code:

Would very much appreciate some feedback and guidance as I’m befuddled that I’m unable to make edits after reading many posts on this subject.

Maybe I am still under jetlag effect, but I cannot understand why, after updating to version 1.4.0., sections are not showing anymore in the homepage.

I’ve removed the SKT Black theme Slider page and am using a Static Home page setting. I’ve also edited the footer.php file and removed the <div class=”footer-col-1″> as I did not want the Recent Post to display. All my other pages are properly scrolling all the way down to the bottom where it shows the footer as well as the footer copyright. For some reason, the HOME page does not scroll down to fully show the footer and footer copyright. The screen flashes when trying to scroll all the way down. As all the other pages properly display and scroll down, am I stumped as to why this is happening. Can anyone let me know what the problem is? Link to site is below.

Also, I deleted all of the url’s for the Social Section in the Theme Options tab, but it looks like there is still the designated space for that section that is showing up as what I would call “dead” space. Is there a way to remove this extra spacing? I noticed again that this is only appearing on the HOME page and not my other pages.

I’m building my site on local drive and have not published it. While making some changes and customizing I ran into the following There is section on the SKT Black Home page right above the footer which has a page # and social icons.

I see the section icons can be found in Appearance > Theme Options under Social Section tab. I removed all of the default listed Social Title url’s. However, there is still a gap or dead space on the page. How can I remove the extra space? Which page is the code included in that I can edit in order to remove all of the allotted section space?

I’m very new to WordPress so I’m slow in finding exactly where to make customization’s that are not obvious.

Within the SKT Black pages, there is a section below the body for Leave a Reply with a box and underneath the box is Post Comment bar.

How can I suppress this section or delete it in it’s entirety?

I’ve been adding pages and in order to have these new pages referenced in my Menu, I see I must type in some text under Add New Page where it has Enter Title Here, otherwise I’ll get ### (NO TITLE) in My MAIN MENU. I obviously want the Page to display in the menu but do no want it to display on the page itself as I have other text that I’m using in the page body to be the only text that displays. How can I suppress the page name from displaying?

I have removed the Social Settings section but have too much space between the last Section (I only have 2 now) and the Footer.

How do I remove this extra space so the last Section is right above the footer?

I’m still working in SKT Black theme.

I’m making some progress but still seem to not be able to locate the page specific file that I need to edit. I’ve looked in Appearance > Theme Editor and checked every listed file for page-id 2 also named as Karma in order to view the code and disable or remove the slider which appears on every page I create. I’ve also looked in my File Manager in GoDaddy hosting account.

I’m trying to make the pages simple and static (is that the right term) and add pages such as About Us, FAQ’s, Support, etc. where I do not want the front page slider to appear. I also want to remove the Post Comment section below the body of the page.

What am I missing?

I’m very new to WordPress and can’t seem to find the instructions / guide to customizing the SKT Black theme I’ve working on locally. The standard pages have code creating the headings, layout, etc. and I want to be able edit the page. For instance, the Home page has a predefined settings. I know I can right click on the page and select Inspect Element and can see the code. How do I access this code on order to edit it? Do I need an add-on?

I’ve not been able to locate within the Help section.
