WordPress Slider Free Version

On the checkout page – under billing details, the Country section has the dropdown. Yet when country is selected it does not show. You can view the site here .. https://karaoke-korner.com/wp/checkout/

In the Simpleo theme, upper right hand of header–the Header Address section. The only thing I want is the email to show up. I’ve deleted all # but the phone icon still shows up. How can I turn that off without turning off the email address and envelope icon? I’ve tried setting .phone to display: none but that turns everything off.

For Simpleo, is there a way to remove the display of the Main Navigation?

I have been able to change the default green color of almost everything by using Theme Options except for a very few: the page navigation at the bottom of my page, the “submit” button on the email sign up widget I am using in the sidebar, the hover color on the Post titles, and the lines separating my posts in the recent posts widget. Can anyone help me (who is super new to this) know how to fix these colors?

The front page has a slideshow which shows up as a slide saying “Image placeholder”.
1.) How do I add images to this slideshow.
2.) How do I change it to a static image and then how do I add that image.
3.) How do I know the dimensions to make the images?

I’m using the Simpleo template and the plugin Event Manager.
1) When I display an event – up comes a widget in the right side. I would like to translate the words Next and Previous into my own language. How can I do that?
2) And in the event – how do I change the color of the #_LOCATIONSLINK and #_CATEGORIES
– and how can it change color when you hoover over the text?

Hello, I am using the Simpleo theme on https://www.pdcnh.com and am having a problem. The title displayed on the top left of the page (Proficient Design Concepts) is not displaying as a single line. If possible, I would like to have this as a single line, as opposed to the three lines it currently takes up. Please let me know what kind of information you need from me, so we can find a solution! I am still pretty new and didn’t know about child themes until about 20 minutes ago. When I installed the child theme, all my customization disappeared that I made using “Theme Options.” So I reverted back to the parent them and they returned. Is there a way to retain all the work I did when activating the child theme, or do I have to do it all over again.

In my blog posts, the anchor texts for links are showing up white. And in my woo commerce store anchor texts are showing up black, so you can’t tell it’s a link. Can you tell where in the css I can change this.

Problem is that the header works well with Chrome but gets bigger at Firefox and also I cannot get rid of dates on posts. How to I rectify both?:

For some reason it seems after I installed a child theme on my website https://www.outofsitepeaceofmind.com the navigation bar no longer shows me the submenu. It worked fine before but I can’t seem to get it working now no matter what I do. I’m thinking there is something in the css that duplicated and is canceling out any submenus. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried to post several different suggested codes into the style.css sheet with no results. I have luck removing the pencil icon by pasting code into the style.css sheet so I know that some code works in there.

Hi this is my website I am trying to move the logo to the right spot which should be on top of the navigation bar with the social links on the other side also on the navigation bar. It seems every time I make the logo smaller it gets too small and when I get the logo size right the social links and contact number are raised above it. The logo size is right for now, I would like the social links to be resting on the navigation bar also if possible. Any help or push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I repositioned the slider somewhat and only the Fade effect now works. Removing the customization doesn’t fix it so not sure if that’s the problem. Other effects still work with the Refine slider.

I have successfully installed Simpleo Pro in my WordPress on my pc(website not online yet). I have modified all the areas in the menu which theoretically allow my front page to look like a Simpleo demo front page (with image slider, tagline section, content boxes and key features etc. However I do not know how to ‘activate’ all the modified content areas to visualise it on my home page!
Please could you tell me where I can find instructions on how to visualise the same format as Simpleo demo front page with my content already modified inside WP?

Hi,
I’m pretty good with css and customising wordpress theme styles – but for the life of me I can’t get rid of the little > mark before menu items in widgets….

I wouldn’t mind but they format badly and look wrong with my site.
I’ve tried overriding the class menu-item which seems to be the only common class applied to items getting this > mark but it won’t go away!!!

At first I thought it was being generated by woocommerce (because I noticed it doing it to <li> items generated by the featured or random products widgets – but it throws them out on standard custom menu widgets as well.

Any ideas? I love the theme otherwise and it’s generally really easy to override and customise styles – but this has me baffled!

Does Simpleo V 1.0.4 support Child Themes? I have tried creating a Child Theme several times with no luck. I have made Child Themes before so I am not inclined to think I am making NOOB mistakes.

Whenever I make active the Child Theme, the “look and feel” of the site itself is skewed. It looks nothing like the Parent Themes does when active. Same colors and fonts but the formatting…etc is gone.

Please advise.
