No compatibility, bad support, refusing refund.

This looks like a great theme but the 3 columns on the Home page do not display. I read in some support forums there is a way around it but you need MySQL or some coding knowledge. Not recommended.

This company is horrible I am working with Manoj who I believe is customer support I am requesting a Refund as instructed in there policy to contact customer support. I was asked for an Skype Handle , an this upgrade to there PRO was for my word press. So I am confused why I am being asked for skype handle or ID. I am disgusted with companies who are so willing to take your money for there service but give you very limited or long drawn out help after the fact.

Shuttle themes is useless save your time and money. support is terrible.

Get this, I implement their theme, and some of their features don’t work right, so I contact support, and they tell me “yes, there is an error in our code, you’ll have to work around it.” I ask for my money back and they say this, “oh, you’ll have to skye with support to get money back.” I say,”aren’t I speaking with support.” They say,”yes, but you have to skype still.” Shuttlethemes.com is rip off don’t use Shuttlethemes

I entered a review, but did not change the five stars to one. It should be less than 1 star. The Shuttle Theme does not work. They could not get the API keys to register.

I purchased the Shuttle Theme for $49. Had a couple of issues, and their support was extremely slow to respond. I then had a problem with the site and had to reinstall WordPress and the Shuttle Theme on the site. The API key could not be activated because due to some error that kept causing a javascript(0) error. I contacted support again. They do not read the full question, or they do not understand English. Their responses are complete disconnect to my support questions. I tell them I want my money back since they can’t get the API key to work. They say they are elevating to a person for refund. It does not happen, and they close the ticket because I did not respond for 7 days! Then when I say something about that, they say it takes takes time to elevate for refund. So why did they close the ticket? It has been a month, and nothing. Crooks.

Installed this theme last summer. After an update, the dropdowns for menus stopped working in Microsoft products. Reported it on a forum and to their support twice, with no fix. Unfortunately that’s a showstopper, and I’m not sure why we’d spring for the pay version.
