Hi I am a new user to the shopping theme. So far so good.

I just have a couple of questions.

If my inventory is one off pieces. When the item is sold will it automatically be removed from the product showing on my shopping page? If no, how can i make this happen.

Also, If I want to show more than three items across on my products how do I get the theme to show more items per page?

For some reason my navbar is not showing on tablets and mobile devices but it shows in desktop. When in preview mode within the WordPress dashboard under customize, I can see the navbar on both tablets and mobile (same if i adjust desktop window to mobile size), but when i check it on my phone or friends phone the navbar doesn’t show.

I’m looking for heirachical attributes – if they proceed to the next ones not ALL posibilities will show….

basically the user must choose from

1. Style eg square landscape or portrait print

2. then size of print – Note: not all sizes will be available based on the choice in step 1

then

3. Material – eg paper

4. then Frame – black white or none

the

5 glass perpex or none

then the designer comes up depending on what they choose …
apparently there is a bug in woocommerce that can be fixed by adding this to the function.php file

though, I have just recently noticed this:

When viewed using iphone or any mobile, the sidebar in https://www.pingconmarketing.com/contact-us/
makes the display half only; yet the sidebar contents are in the bottom part of the screen. near footer just like a body.

Please help how to troubleshoot this.

So I copied the updated templates into the child theme (too bad because it erased all customizations of course; good thing I have back up copies)

How would I know what exactly to copy inside the child theme, so that my customizations won’t be erased? Please advise how should I work around this the next time this appears again?

How can I layout the Woocommerce Shop page into Content/Sidebar please?

All the rest of the website pages must be default to Content.

Before the new child theme that I manually created, I used this solution & it worked:

Create a new page for blog (You can name it “Blog”), and set “Layout” to either “Content / Sidebar” or “Sidebar / Content”
Go to “Settings > Reading” and set “the static pages” for front page and post page (blog), more info
Go to “Appearance > Customize > Layout”, select “Content” for Global Layout

But now, it won’t work.

I understand that the Shopping theme is already a child theme of Omega. However, is it allowed to create a new child theme out of the original Shopping Child theme?

I will use a plugin to create the child theme, and then I will duplicate my heavily customized woocommerce into it. More modifications will take place in the coming days. Technically, all customizations will be done in this new child theme.

Would just like to confirm if it would NOT override the customizations of both the theme and the woocommerce after the Shopping theme update??
And will it also get the updates from the original Shopping theme & Woocommerce??

Im using your theme(Shopping)with woocommerce and in the product page the elements/links of the drop down menu go under the image If the settings are for content with no sidebar (the images are much bigger then) so its impossible to see the link list. Also – if id like the links in the drop down menu go in a horizontal way instead of vertical where can i customize.
