All the posts on my site, not the pages, have turned into a continous wall of tekst.

When I edit my posts, I am able to put the tekst into blogs, so each topic on the post is separated. But when i submit it to public view, all the words just becomes as a massive wall of text. There is new lines.

Does anyone know how to change this?

In transitioning to Gutenberg, I have found that I cannot edit the blocks when editing a PAGE. When I create a block and try to change the options, (eg bold, italic etc), on hover, the toolbar for that block disappears, and all blocks above it become highlighted. I cannot even access the toolbar’s ‘remove block’, and must use my delete key to remove a block.

Additionally, when I try to use the document tab options in the sidebar, it reverts to the block tab with the message ‘no block selected’ as soon as I move my mouse to the side to select an option.

I have resorted to editing my pages in code editor with HTML.

These things do not happen when I am editing POSTS. Everything works perfectly there.

Please help.

My SG Slider is not linking to the posts it is displaying. It seems to be picking up the url of the current page being displayed. In other words, if I am on the home page https://bestofprincealbert.ca, clicking on the slider simply refreshes the home page.
If I am on https://www.bestofprincealbert.ca/prince-albert-job-listings/, it refreshes that page.

WORST OF ALL, it will RANDOMLY start working again, with no apparent action on my part.

Even as I am writing this, the slider began working again, after four hours of searching for a fix.

This has happened to me multiple times in the last 2 weeks. I check it on my desktop logged in or logged out of wp-admin while simultaneously checking it on my mobile (not logged in).

Do you have any explanation why this might be occuring and what I can do to stop it?

I have an SG Double theme and at some stage recently, when viewing on a desktop/laptop screen the layout of the website is showing as the mobile version. the only thing I can think of is that this is some kind of plugin update as no code has been changed for years. Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can get the screen to view properly on a desktop/full-screen view, please?

If I press to read a post on the front page or press “contingue reading” I just get a white page and not the text.

Problem appear after updating the theme to 1.4 from 1.3.

I can’t change the search result to display the full post instead of just the excerpt. It only shows the excerpt and when I change it in the theme options customize to “content” or “no content” it doesn’t change anything.

Hi. I want to move the category links on the posts to the bottom of the page. Can anyone please point me to the code that I need to change? I have read about changing the content.php page but I can’t find one of those. Maybe something in functions.php? I just want to put the category links down by the tag links. Thanks in advance for any help!

I am having the most confounding problem! Suddenly I have lost the ability to interact with posts on my home page. I can’t add a post or edit the posts that are there. I have the Post Expirator plug-in which was working fine; this suddenly stopped working and the posts stopped rotating as they should (deleted posts stayed visible, new posts didn’t come up). I also noticed the edit “button” (little pencil) stopped appearing on posts when I was logged in as admin user, while it still is there on pages when I’m logged in. I use theme SG Double. I’ve tried disabling plug-ins, seemed to do no good.

I’m desperate, can anyone steer me in the right direction?

The tags for my posts display, but The categories do not display. I have added categories and selected them for posts. I can even sort by category, but the categories never show in the post.

I have only used Wp for a few months so I am newbie.

I can get the layout I want for the Home Page (simple left sidebar) to look correct in the customizer and I have saved it multiple times but when I visit the site or open it in another browser the changes are not applied. I have tried using different template options on the Home Page and tried different settings within the customizer. I am not sure what to try next.

Hello – I’m using the SG Double Theme and want to know how to change the space in between lines after a “carriage return”. The spacing is too large (looks like a double space) and I want it to be a single space (like in this support post)

I just installed your theme and I changed the background to a plain black tile since I can’t find any place to just make it black, it won’t take the change. I would also like to know how to get rid of the huge search bar just under the header image.

I added a logo and it looks good on full screen, but if I resize the browser to a narrow width the header text gets covered by the logo. How can I ensure the text wraps around the logo rather than sliding under it?

Default First Top Sidebar to create a menu. I find the buttons to big and don’t fit very nice. would be ideal if they are more like the one second top menu. It s possible to make some change? If any body would like to make some suggestion please.

Hi, I have set the two side bars with categories, sliders etc and they show up in the customiser window (have clicked save and publish) however they do not show up on the actual site! Any Ideas?

The mobile menu doesn’t open on my site https://prvs.ca using the SG Double theme. The menu icon is present but nothing happens when you click it.

I have tried deactivating all plugins – no change. Removed the “return to top” button – no change.

Happens on a Blackberry tablet, iPhone, and Chrome browser with the width shrunk to minimum.

I’ve just been making my first ever website and using this theme but have tried for hours and hours to figure this out unsuccessfully.

When hovering over the menus the child and grandchild menus go off the right hand edge of the screen. Can you please tell me very explicitly how to fix this?

I am a complete novice with no coding experience although I’m really pleased with the site other than this issue. Please help ??
