Somehow the menu of the Serene theme is not working properly anymore. Especially the menu items with submenu items is not responding properly.
On the website the items are: “Wie zijn wij”, “Projecten” and “Issa Kiemtore”
These have submenu items.
I have checked it with browsers Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer, all show the same issue.
Serene theme version: 1.4
Wordpress theme: 5.8

I’d like to resize it to 780 px while keeping it centred.

My website is hosted by godaddy. I added a tagline but it does not appear on the website. I wonder why.
Secondly, every post has a line that appears after the title of the post, posted by admin in this category. Is there a way to remove that line?

Hi I’m not sure what version, but I activated it today, so I think it will be the latest. The tagline doesn’t display, and I wondered why. I’m currently looking for a simple but chic theme for my website with great images, and serene fits the bill. Do you upgrade in order to have a header? And would that be why the tagline doesn’t appear?

But how would I create a custom template, that replicates the theme when blog is set to homepage, on a new, to-be-created template?
If I create a new page and set the template to custom, the post’s style are not longer rendering in full. The cool comment count, Title in body, author, category and lovely typography changes fairly dramatically.

I am trying to style the menu so that the main categories in the menu (BUY, SELL, RENT etc.) are bold. I’ve tried adding a bold css tag to the .sf-with-ul element, but it’s changing the non-mobile menu as well.
Does anyone know how to style the mobile menu so that the main section links are bold?
How about a way to hide specific links using CSS in the mobile menu, to reduce the volume of links that people see on their small screens?

]]>I added a plugin to show reviews on my website, and it generates posts in a new category called “Reviews”. Those new posts have zero styling to make them look like the theme, so the pages have no white background and neither do the search results.
The plugin developer says it’s the fault of the theme designer.
I’m hoping someone can assist me with some CSS to fix the issue so that the plugin looks like my site.

I have build a website with Serene that only links to five posts. Each single post has been formatted but the homepage that shows a preview of all six posts completely ignores the formatting and cuts off the text with a link (“read more”) at a random point.
I am new to WordPress and don’t know PHP. I would like to either find a way of formatting the previews too or set my first post as a homepage and have that page showing previews of all posts never show up.

Is there any way to get the menu to show up on an iPhone? there is a small bar but it doesn’t open menu.
Also is there some way to avoid text being hyphenated?
This situation happens when I see my site on iPad, landscape, full menu.
I always have to click any menu link twice to make it to work (the first click makes the pink line to move under that menu link, the second time it actually loads the page).
I’m not interested on that line animation, I’d like menu links to work at first click. thanks.

Also, if I want this static homepage to hide the page title and remove the sidebar/footer so that only the gallery slider is visible, how would I do this??
