I used the free theme, Searchlight. The mobile menu on it is not very good. On the forum I asked if the extended version could do what I wanted. They said yes. SO I paid for it. The feature was BUGGY and did not work. Found several other bugs right away. I asked about it VERY NICELY on their site. They emailed me saying that they could not fix it and would refund. They eventually did. However, they removed the entire conversation from their forum to hide the problems. I created a post asking to see if anyone wanted to help me do what I wanted on the free version as really I needed one feature. They emailed me yelling that I was spamming the forum and it was my fault for not waiting until they fixed the big they won’t admit was there and refused to fix (logic?). They got very hostile and nasty…
I use a lot of open source and paid modules, etc. I use independent developers (who I hired to now create the feature). I get there may be some bugs. But to act like jerks and attack me for asking for it to be fixed? NOT GOOD!
I recommend NOT using any of their themes. They hide the issues and blame the customer.

Really impressed by this theme. Seems simple, and it is, but out of all the free themes I have tried and the paid ones I have bought, this theme stands out for just looking and working great right out of the box.
