I have a problem with the menu completely disappearing on a PC when the browser is gradually reduced in size – it should automatically change to a hamburger as the screen is reduced but it disappears.??

It looks fine on a phone or iPad though.?

Please help me for my elementor issue. I tried to use different theme. my elementor is working as well with the effects but I using the safreen theme . my slideshow is not working please help me

I have used WordPress before and never had a problem setting a home page. With Safreen I have followed instructions to use the business template for the page I want to set as home, but when I set it, the page appears blank. Originally it was displaying a lot of random blocks so I turned all the blocks and sliders off, but can’t understand why I can’t set a simple home page. What am I missing here???

Is there a way to disable or rearrange service blocks on mobile layout?
Split the screen in 3 columns on mobile layout makes the page unreadable.
I think it will good option if there was a way to disable service blocks on mobile layout or to arrange them in one vertical column.

Service blocks in middle portion of homepage…. How do I make less of the text show up there?

Is it possible to set the custom height of the slider image and turn off zooming/scaling of the image? I want the slider image not to be so big, just about 350 px of height.

The service bokses have link buttons, but right now, when I push those buttons, nothing happens..
Can I link to an external site with those – or at least to an internal one..?

I wanted to contact you because over the last week my website has been having some issues with its header menu. For some reason the main menu appears underneath the foother, but it appears as pure HTML code (no CSS or anything). It’s made weirder by the fact that there’s already the usual main header that’s on top of the page.

You can see it there if you scroll down to the bottom. I looked up any similar issues but the only thing I could find is to check the CSS and I did, but I didn’t find anything out of the ordinary with it. So I wanted to check with you guys if there was any chance that it was a theme issue.

After updating the Safreen theme the hamburger menu displayed itself in the desktop version. However I have not been able to locate the code to correct is. please advise. thanks Beau

Users have reported that my newly launched site is not displaying on a phone. There is a summary of the homepage, in a completely different style to my site, with a link at the bottom of this page that says “View Full Site”

if I click on this then the user is taken to my site.

How can this be fixed please?

My site has just gone live using Safreen theme. All looks good on desktop and ipad but when viewed on a phone the logo overlaps the header text. I have made all header text and menu font the default size. I have shortened the header title. Nothing has worked.

Can you help please?

When moving from page to page a white screen with the word “Loading” is displayed, is it possible to disable this please as it makes the site appear as though it is slow in loading the pages?

I have 3 categories in my menu. Each category has a submenu. I am trying to change each submenu’s background color to optain three different colours. I already tried changing #menu-item-xxx background from custom css and from css class in the menu section. For the three categories it worked, for the submenues – it doesn’t.

Could you, please, help me?

Hi all,

First of all, thanks to the creators of this nice theme.

I just started using the Safreen theme for a one page site where I make use of the About Us section.

I’m using two About Us widgets in the About Us widget area, with each 4 items.

However, the last two items in the second widget move to the right at some screen sizes.

Would very much appreciate any ideas to prevent this from happening.

I am using the free version of Safreen and would like to remove author, date and category info from Posts. I have tried various CSS snippets and have installed WP Author, Date and Meta Remover plugin (which works on all my other sites) but nothing is working.

Can you advise please?

Hi, I am using the free version of Safreen. The homepage looks good but I can’t find a way of adding a header image to any pages or posts as shown on the demo – https://safreen.imonthemes.com/demo5/index.php/sample-page/ There isn’t an option in the Customizer. Featured images do not appear either as a heading as they do on other themes.

There also doesn’t appear to be a way of adding an image to the Welcome section as show here – https://safreen.imonthemes.com/demo1/

Can anyone help please?

In addition to Service block, I also want to add top 3 or 4 recent posts to the static home page. Is there any provision to add such a section in this theme?

I would love to make all new created posts and pages in full width.

How can this be acheived?

Is it possible to use a video as background, instead of the picture?

Is it possible to insert a shortcode instead those two buttons? I would love to add a function into the slider on the home page, however it`s not possible.

Is there a way to change the service block font size?
it’s huge, and forces the text into two lines, making the middle one uneven.

Hello,

When I go to a page on my website, for example a page called “Events”, there will be a giant grey block with the heading that says Events. I would like a way to remove that or at least change the color from grey to another color.

Also, the heading area above that with the site’s logo and all the navigation bar has a very unattractive dark navy/black color and I would like to know how to change the color of that too.

Help, I cant get the service block working. Under: Go to customize => theme option => service block =>
There is no option to add widgets. Only customize the color.

Their is a large amount of spacing below the 3 service blocks. Can I get it removed?

I’m looking into removing the “No photo” image on my main page. I tried messing around with the code and it does remove the images, but then it removes all of them, also the ones I’d prefer to include. Is there any way of removing just the “No photo” thumbnail for posts without a photo?
