Several URLs were giving 5xx server errors. I contacted my host provider. They found out my theme version Rife Free Version: 2.4.21 conflicts with their current PHP version 8.2. My WordPress version is 6.7.1. Below are my host’s server errors:

At this point my server is running PHP 7.4 (outdated) My host provider recommends to be on PHP 8.2. Are you going to make your theme compatible with the latest PHP versions.

First, thank you for the great Cropps theme. I have some albums that I want to list/display on a separate page from the main one, for that I followed the solution of assigning the categories and linking to the categories so only the chosen albums with that category can be displayed. However, is it possible for when we are on the album-genre/category page to have the title of it displayed? I was able to setting the title display up for the single-album page following the support’s instructions on the site support forum, but I am not being able to do the same for album genres.

I have problems with the visualization of the blog entries.

If I enter the page through my wordpress editor, the page looks good. If I access the page without being logged in WP, there is the mess that you can (hopefully) see in the link.

Any help to fix this?

I need to implement a header / bog picture for mobile devices. However I struggle to find this option for blogs. Other pages have that option.

Hi,

When I add new photos on an album, sometimes it will go fetch the thumbnails of photos that have been deleted, I tried to regenerate all thumbnails through a plugin but still the problem persists. My images are named in numerical orde (1, 2 ,3 etc) Is this a known issue and how can I solve it, as its time consuming to tap on one by one of thumbnails that don’t correspond to the actual image to see what image is behind.

Using Rife free 2.4.21 theme with Raven design and Woocommerce (Swedish language).

The tooltip text or hover text of the shopping basket at the top right displays “Sidopanel f?r butik”. This equals to “Sidepanel/Sidebar for shop” which is a enterily different widget. I have looked everywhere to change this text but could not find it.

Instead it should display something like “Varukorg” which means “Shopping basket”. The other icons have correct tooltips.

This is the widget (called Varukorg = Shopping basket):

As you can see the Headline for the widget is “Varukorg”, so that does not affect the tooltip:

I am hosted into a2hosting and the configuration requirements are all green, but I tryed 2 times and it does the same (just skipping the shop/woocommerce feature) it load everything well, till this text “Importing the content – Imported 48 of 82 items” and then it give a error popup: “Unknown error: error –”.

Hi, I encounter a problem with Polylang on the works (portfolio) page. The header does not show the translated string/title of the page “applications” but the string from the default language “aplikacje” (pl). Second, when you enter the work there is a button on bottom to show all the works and it points the default language. I do not have any idea how to sort it out. Please help.

I’m brand new to WordPress—and, admittedly, not very technical, but know how I want my new site to look.

I’ve been using the Rife free theme as the basis for the design of my site and I’m also using the Elementor interface to help design the pages. One major issue I have encountered is with the main navigation menus. I customized the text of the menus and those seem to display as expected within the theme (so far).

Naturally, I also tried to replace the logo with the one I want to use. But, when I preview the webpage, the correct logo will not appear. Instead, the generic Star logo that originally accompanied the theme continues to remain in place. This despite the fact my new logo does appear when I open the theme under WordPress’ regular Appearance section.

What is happening here and how can I fix it?

I think i got a problem with the gutenberg editor by using tables with much content in mobile view.


In my case, the table is not displayed wide enough or there would still be enough space at the edge, but the table remains slim…

Is it intentional and can it be set differently or is it unnatural behaviour?
In my eyes this should be changed cause the tables are very uncomfortable to read.

I’m encountering an issue with the Rife theme free and Elementor free, where the menu and footer disappear on pages but not on blog posts. There seems to be a conflict between Elementor and the theme, as the menu and footer reappear when Elementor is deactivated. Here are the images for reference:

Despite deactivating all plugins except Elementor and the Rife theme, and trying different versions of Elementor, the issue persists.

i’ve tried to apply a different font to the block, and it was a custom font.

while applying the default fonts works, the custom font (that it’s working for any other text block within Elementor) is not accepted by writing block.

how can I change the background color of the header. I mean the space between the header and the first and the first block. The space arround the picture with the arrow with the link to the first block. At the theme the picture with the arrow is white and the space around the picture is white, too.

I’m using the Rife Free Theme 2.4.18 and the Royal Elementor Plugin to make a custom product template. The issue I’m having is that the background color of the new product template is always a charcoal grey instead of white. I’ve tried changing every background option in the Rife customizer to try and fix this to no avail.

I believe this to be a Rife Free theme issue/setting. I tried switching to the ‘Hello’ theme and the background is white for the new product template. I also tried creating a fresh WP install with fresh Rife Free, WooCommerce, Royal Elementor, and the background was still grey. Is there a setting I can change to make the background white on the product template for Royal Elementor?
