I love the Ridizain !! Thank you so much ! In the Featured Content Order By there is an option to show random. Random really helps showing all your content that way your older posts automatically get visibility.

My feature request is that I would love to remove certain posts from showing up ! Would it be possible to have an option to remove a certain tag or even a category of content?

I would like to move my footer widgets around and re order them. would you know how I can do this ?

I have a few issues:

My mobile site is missing about four widgets: youtube video and some images
My Instagram feed widget is so far on the left I can only see half of it.

Is there a way to show the missing widgets and if not is there a way to hid it from the mobile site to remove the large empty spaces that shows up instead. Also can I move the Instagram widget over or hid it from the mobile site if thats not possible.

I just check from my my iphone how the blog looks like and it is a complete disaster…
First it shows the featured posts then everything I have in the left side bar, then in the right side bar and at the END it starts showing the actual latest articles!!???

Is this for real or does it only happen to me??

So i have succesfully set up the website with this theme but I am struggling with the recent post widget. I have created 4 categories and all have content now. I have set in the side bars the widget to show 2-3 articles per category and they all work but one category. I can’t understand what the problem is. It has content and the widget let’s me select the category and everyhing.

Anyone can help me out with this bizarre question?

I’m not really sure what had happened but I want to display the grid and I can’t find why is not doing it. It was before is my home page, but now y home page looks different
I check all the settings and I guess I’m missing something

The featured image is fine on my desktop (Mas OS X on Safari) but is flipped in iOS version of safari and on Desktop version using Chrome.

Hi!

Let me start with how much I like this theme. I am so close to finishing it but I ran into a couple of issues.

1. I cannot get the featured content to show.
I have the tags on the blog posts and the boxes checked. The strange thing is that when I go into customize, it does show the featured grid but it doesn’t show up on the actual blog.

2. When I try to add the recent post widget it does not show any content. It only shows the title.

3. Also, is there a way to change the color of my subscribtion button?

Hello I like your theme very much but I am getting some errors. I have Woo commerce installed, and on the shop page, the far left column of products links do not work. Also I do not know how to make the left sidebar on the shop page appear.

Hello,

I set the featured post area to “4 columns” and set the number of posts to “4” as well. In the preview, it works fine, but after click Save and Publish, the featured post is showing 5 posts.

I tried setting it to just 2, but still showing 5.
I also chose 8, but still showing 5.

For some reason, it’s stuck with 5 regardless how many times I save it.

No cache.
All other changes that I do works fine and is reflected immediately.

If I switch back to the default 3 columns, it stuck with 5 too even if I chose 6, 8, 10 posts to display.

Is there another setting that I might have missed? Or is there a way to hardcode it so it’s forced to display the correct number of posts?

Tried in Opera beta, Chrome dev, Firefox beta for Win7.
Yes, tried disabling all other plug-ins too, a very tiring process everytime ??

Hello, I’m using the great RIDIZAIN theme, so first of all thanks for this great theme. I am trying to make a static homepage and to feature the latest posts only on the slider. Unfortunately, as soon as I switch to a static homepage, the featured images disappear from the slider, though the post titles remain… Any help available? Thank you!

I have exactly 4 posts tagged with ‘featured’. They work fine if I select ‘grid’ for the featured content, as I have currently done.

I have put ‘4’ as the number of posts for both slider and grid.

As soon as I change to ‘slider’ option, however, the slider refuses to work in the live version of the website. I can see a working slider while adapting the theme.

I’m finding this puzzling and hope you can help. Let me know if you need more details.

WordPress recently forced me to upgrade to version 4.1.3 after which my site (that uses Ridizain) completely broke. So, I went in and updated the theme to version 4.2 and now the site looks OK in IE but looks like crap in Chrome and FF.

I recently changed the featured content from slideshow to the grid. The text underneath the grid images does not show.

How do get that to show along with the colored background for it?
Also is there a way to make the images a bit larger?

I am using a widget on the left sidebar to show videos. I can’t seem to get the type to show up, except on rollover. So, there is currently a weird gap after the share buttons and the next video. I’ve reset all the colors in the customize area of the appearance panel. And I’ve looked in the widget preferences for a way to alter type colors. How do I delete that type or change its color?

The ad, at the bottom of the content sidebar, has very poor click-through rate. Consequently, I wanted to change the ad’s location. For this, I deleted the ad code from the sidebar-content.php file. I have even hidden the ad from my adsense page. Unfortunately the ad still shows. I had previously configured it, such that the ad would be visible only on the homepage. So, I had added the following code:

I would like to display a drop-down menu in place of the top navigation bar. For this, I first created the sub-categories on the category page. Then I added them under the relevant parent categories, on the Menu page of Appearance. The problem with this method is that, on the home page, both the category and the sub-category of the posts are getting displayed. I would like to have only the primary category visible on the homepage (under the title of each post), along with a drop-down menu on the navigation bar. How do I do that?

I have a video that play auto on the Content Sidebar. On Post Pages (i have hidden the Sidebar right, but on the background the sound of the video is on. Its by Chrome so… by Firefox it haven’t problem to hide the Content Sidebar completely. What can i do?
