I am using Redwaves Lite theme and I’d like to remove the comment boxes that are displayed in the posts’ excerpts (next to the author name and the date) on the homepage.

I already deactivate all comments options in WP admin, but the comment boxes are still there. So I guess I need to remove a line of code in the page.php : could you please let me know how to do it?

Hi, is it possible to change text in buttons? For example, “Read more” or “Previous post” buttons. I need to writte it in my language (Serbian).

“Read more” – should be – “Vise”
“Previous post” – should be – “Prethodni”

I can translate whole site to Serbian it owner want that ??

I like RedWaves Lite for the most part, but the header allows only a small picture to be displayed, and the background around that picture is white, and I can’t find a way to change it.

Alternatively, if I could make the image cover the entire header area, that would work too.

Its a problem if someone has enabled ssl on their website and if the user visits the site with https://mysitelink then besides the address bar where there should be an ssl secure logo it shows some parts of the site are not 100% secure such as images.
When i did inspect element i found out that the logo of the wordpress site loads with https:// and not https:// automatically

So how to make it load with https automatically if someone visits the site through https:// link

I like the red for the main menu but it clashed with everything else so I changed it to black, but I want the red to appear as a hover effect on the menu, but not the text. Is there a way to do this with custom CSS or do I need to edit my child theme style sheet?

I need some help! I changed the font on the website in the ‘editor’ but the font now when I load the website on a mobile device looks awful and is all in bold!

How can I change it so it looks as good as the font on the main website? (open sans font)

After I updated my WordPress version and RedWaves theme, the sidebar contents disappeared and my blogrolls were affected.

I managed to fix the sidebar by reinstalling the widgets. How can this be avoided for future theme updates?

To explain my problem clearer, this is the link to one of my Post categories:

There should be 5 posts in this Category, but I can only see 2 of them.

Also, the first one has the Read More button, but the second one doesn’t have.

Please advise me what needs to be done?

When I logged into WordPress this morning there was an update for the Redwaves Lite theme from 1.0.6 to 2.0.0. which I use on https://choicesmakesuccess.com/I completed the update but since then my sidebar widgets are not displaying live on my website. I have removed them and re-added them but it did not work. The sidebar and the widgets appear to be active inside WordPress but they will not display live. I use the same them on another website but I did not do the update and I have no problems with the second site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have just updated the new version. I added and customized the widgets and they are shown on Customize view but the widgets disappear when it goes online. The Social Share Button used to work and not anymore with the new 2.0 version. Could you help to look into it?

I like to remove the Author Box. Disabling in Theme Functions still shows the box on posts

On our homepage, every post has a big blank image next to it (because we aren’t using images in posts). How can I remove these images?

Hi, I am having problems to insert an image to the front post pages instead the post front page shows with no images. the actual post has two images in the post but when it all the posts show together any have an image.

Can someone tell me how to change the color of the top navigation bar from red to something else? I can’t find any reference to red in the theme CSS. Thanks!
