You find a theme. You like the layout and functionality. You have your own ideas of where to place items and update them. You have an understanding in WP on how menus and pages work. You download the theme and discover – through support – that you can’t edit the Theme. They tell you it’s just a template for you to follow….WTF?

Hi,
I like the theme very much for my Business. I had an Astra theme earlier, somehow I am unable to have the earlier footer image replaced. I have uninstalled the Astra theme as well. Do I need to uninstall RARA theme and re-install it?
Need help on this please.

I’ve used a few of the free Rara themes for different projects. They were all very intuitive and easy to use. If you need a well designed, easy to customize and adjust theme, these are for you.
The onde time I had an issue with a theme (for third-party plugin related problems – nothing to do with the theme itself), the support team was kind, thoughtful and fast to respond and help me solve my problem.
I definitely vouch for this team and their products. They are awesome.

I had a support request for the free version and, while it took a day or so to get a response, it was correct and helpful. The one item was that the image (screenshot) which they included to help was only accessible through Lightshot, which was not default installed on any browsers I had except IE.
