I just experience possibly the best customer service of all time. I had an old business website in .asp format and I wanted to switch over to a different platform. On suggestion from a friend, I subscribed to wordpress platform and selected a theme with support for one year. While customising the home page we had lots of technical issues, for which we approached the customer support. Rishabh promptly helped us in fixing those issues, often emailing us with screenshots and clear instructions. I’m so impressed with this remarkable person and company that now they have me customer for life.

I’ve tried Rambo theme to have a mobile friendly and trendy website and I got everything I was dreaming for. Easy, intuitive and plenty of interesting functions, this theme’s package comes with the best support ever.
I got an issue with contrasting plugins and @imranaliweb saved my day with a professional and kind attitude (and moreover with tons of patience – i’m super noob down here).

На деле же в бесплатной версии недоступно более 85% функционала, остальное же – повторение стандартных возможностей, которые есть у самых убогих бесплатных тем.
Премиальная версия за 59$ предлагает апгрейд, состоящий в основном из сторонних плагинов, которые доступны отдельно и бесплатно.

I really like the theme but it’s not just that, that you need when looking for a theme it’s the support you are going to need if anything ever go wrong and I used their website and got a reply within 15 minutes are even less!
