Today my backgorund imagae for my R2D2 theme is NOT showing on any page on the site. image still in it’s directory.

What do I edit and where?
Hi, I love this theme but on mobile the menu/search bar seems to have no padding with the subtitle (or title if subtitle removed).
The effect when you look on mobile is the subtitle actually slightly overlaps the menu bar with the text.
Is there any way with css I can add a little padding below the header image do you know?

Hey RD:
Maybe you might be able to help me out with this.
I’ve tried multiple times to get the right size for my custom header that I use on my site. I tired something like 2000×223, then 1080×223, and maybe a few others that were offered. But almost always, what tends to happen is that I would save the image in my image editor in a recommended size that’s suggested (either in WP or a style sheet). I would then upload the image in the Header area of Appearance, and then I’m almost always asked to modify the size with a rectangle that goes across the image, but no greater than half the image vertically. When I select the area I want, what tends to happen is that the image area is filled up with a portion of what I’ve chosen. Ultimately, I’m not getting what I want to fit.
Do you have any suggestions on how to overcome this? Not sure if it’s a function of how the parent theme works, or something else entirely.
Thanks a lot for reading!
V.
Hi There:
I wanted to line up the margin of the category description for some of my pages with the post excerpts. For instance, if you look here…
https://www.velanche.com/category/playtime
You can see that the left margin for the category description at the top is not flush with the post.
I was scouring through the child and parent CSS sheets, but no luck in finding the appropriate style to fix this. If I change the
style, it also affects the post styles too.
Hope you can point me in the right direction to get this sorted; thanks much!

Hi There:
I was looking to create a new child theme for my radio show’s web site, and wanted to shift the focus to a more personal site, with greater music and tech focus.
I was fortunate to have ran into your theme, which was perfect, and had shades of my old site design. There are some small customizations I wish to do, but I’m very pleased. This helps, as I want to focus on both content and my music endeavors ASAP.
I think I kinda/sorta get the concept of child themes, but a couple of things have been bugging me. My site is here:
velanche.com
You can see that for the home page, there is a page title just before the body of the text labeled “Home.” I’d like to get rid of that, and any other instance for other pages.
Also, if you click on “Playlists,” it’s one of several pages that starts off with “Category Archive: Playlists,” and there are several pages with similar titles. I’d like to get rid of those on the page, too.
I’m kind of a noob, but willing to do what needs to be done to put these to rest. Not sure what the most efficient way might be, whether it’s copying one of the parent php files to the child and altering that page, or another way.
I’d appreciate whatever guidance you can offer; thanks so much!
Best,
Velanche
Great theme, I like the dark, but I think I found a bug.
When you select post format status or quote you get a really light coloured text in the editor.
