@ofarrellaudio I never found an alternative, I just ended up going without branded emails.
I should say, however, I have another client that has been using this plugin for a couple years now and we aren’t having the CSS injection problem. I did do a plugin conflict check on the site where we have the problem, but I never figured out why it was happening.
@ofarrellaudio I didn’t solve it, and ended up no longer using the plugin, sadly.
It seems that you are referring to the paid version of your plugin, is that a correct understanding?
There is no fix for this in the free version?
We aren’t opposed to using the paid version, but we want to better understand the functionalities of each as we progress further in our project.

In reply to: Unable to search for pluginsNote, you can still download plugins from the plugin directory, and then upload them manually to the site. Plugin updates also seem to be working, it is only adding new plugins from the directory that I’m seeing the problem.

In reply to: Unable to search for pluginsIt may not be the update to 5.8.2, it may be something at the server where the plugin directory is hosted. I checked a site I still have on version 5.8.1 and it also has the problem. The issue may not be related to our sites at all.

In reply to: Unable to search for pluginsEvery site I operate is showing this error on the Add New Plugin screen. Started after all the updates to 5.8.2.
@gdmilos While I appreciate your quick reply to @hervepoet recommending that they update core when you guys are the ones who broke their site is just poor support.
Some managed hosting companies delay WP Core updates intentionally for testing and the process is not always straightforward. It is the responsibility of plugin maintainers to push updates that are backward compatible with several recent versions of WP. This meant that yesterday’s updated wasn’t properly tested with a highly active version of WP. I had two sites go down because of this.
Getting on it and fixing the bug with another update is very much appreciated, but the tone of service provided matters. Don’t fault the user for a flaw you introduced.
I know this is an older support request, but wanted to pop in and let you know that there is a solution for that.

This plugin is essential on any membership style site that has controlled user access. It allows an admin to switch to that user account, without needing the password, to view the site the way the user does. I turn to it again and again when it comes to troubleshooting user issues.
Thank you for testing this out. This is good news and thank for the quick response this!
I’ve tried it out myself now using the Leopard Offload Media plugin and am very pleased how well it works with that one.

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Compatibility with offload media pluginsDoes your offload solution allow for the transfer or media between clouds or buckets?
(I’ve found that this is a helpful feature when deploying from my cloud in development to a client’s cloud in production)

In reply to: [Media Library Folders] Compatibility with offload media pluginsThanks for the update, I will look into that.
According to the documentation, this is so it can work with the page builders. I agree that it doesn’t seem ideal to have it loading all the time.
I think it should only load for the page builders when the page builder interface is active. Loading it across the site all the time adds JS weight to the site. These scripts shouldn’t be loaded unless it is the page builder.
You can, however, disable the front end loading, if you aren’t using a page builder on the site: https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/controlling-frontend-access
I think this is a possible area of significant improvement for this plugin.

Disregard this.
From the FAQ:
…FileBird is free to use with 10 folders/categories
If you have a large files and want to use more than 10 folders/categories, you can upgrade to PRO version
I am curious about this as well.
However, because WPAI scans the media library for the filename before importing any image there may be a workaround (I haven’t tested this):
1. Create a new folder for your import in FileBird.
2. Drag and Drop the images from your computer into that folder to bulk upload them to the media library. WP image importer works well, even with hundreds of images at once (server dependant…)
3. Then run the import with the images section properly configured. WPAI should scan the library, find the files and correctly attach them to your posts as it creates the posts. It might even make for faster imports anyhow since the import doesn’t have to download and process the image.
If this method works, it may be useful to write a guide for it in your documentation.
This is a big deal, I’m looking for this feature right now for a client. Following this, and +1 for that add-on!
