Hello and thank you all for your time and consideration. I’m not sure if this is a theme issue or just WordPress. I added a form to my website using WPforms Lite. I checked that my admin email address is correct in WordPress settings, and I followed the troubleshooting page for WPforms but I still can’t get it to work. When I test the form, it says that the message has gone through, but I don’t ever receive the email. I’ve tried two email addresses and also checked spam several times.

I tried Ninja Forms and that also didn’t work so that’s when I switched to WPforms.

If anyone can help me I’d appreciate it very much.

I was following below path in order to upload a 250×250 px image as the site logo. However, following this; the logo isn’t showing up anywhere, whereas the favicon doing fine.

Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Select Logo -> Publish

Kindly assist.

I completely removed the logo and all logo settings from the header. I tried to replace the logo by placing it in the header as a normal image, but it doesn’t scale responsively. Is there any way to restore the original logo with placing and settings? I can’t “cancel” to any older version, but the correction should be done for this now afterwards. I have a free version of the theme in use. Thanks if someone could help. If necessary, I will share the url here.

The theme is great, but I encountered the problem with menu on mobile devices on inside pages (pages that are not homepage).
When hamburger menu is clicked it doesn’t open.
Can you please tell me what I can do to fix this?

I am using child theme, but same is happening when I switch to parent theme.

I’m coming over from “Elementor” and I am a pretty skilled user. Too many things that should be easy are anything but…. The fact that things are a thousand miles from WYSIWYG is worse than annoying. Anyhow, here’s a simple “bug” or maybe-something-else. On our homepage, in the footer is some “legalese” that should be CENTERED. When entering it, I used a couple of “<br>” tags – they worked fine. But the centering didn’t work. I tried this:

Hi, I’m new to popularFX, facing some issues as below:

Product mobile display. I tried with the default page, Appearance> Customise> WooCommerce > Product Catalogue. I can set for desktop display to 5, but can’t change mobile display to 2, it stick to showing only 1. (I also tried recreate a new page with Pagelayer, it’s the same with setting column to 2, Only display 1)

Besides, for default shop page, is it possible to keep the column width to boxed? Instead of stretch view, where can I change it?

Lastly, the checkout page on mobile display, (the billing details & order) is sticking side by side, but on tablet display it’s fine, stacking on top of each other nicely.

I’m having issues with formatting an embedded link. I would like it to take up more of the page on my website than it does. The html code is in “iframe” i’m not sure if that restricts it or not. would there be any changes that would need to be done?

Hi. I did a search and couldn’t find any solutions for my problem.

The search box on top of my side bar is black and when clicked a drop-down list is shown with some weird options. This is not only visually ugly but also practically not usable.

I have been struggling to change the black colour and get rid of the drop-down list with various means, but to no avail.

Could anyone please help.

I am using the PopularFX.
1. I have 3 boxes on my homepage, each has a button that links to a wp-form, each form is a page, the first one in English, it has no problem once I pick the page to link to.
But, the second and third to link to 2 different foreign languages Mandarin and Japanese, don’t work, although I used exactly the same way to link them to the relative button.
Is this a generic problem?
2. There is huge gap under the header above the body, for the life of me I could find where I can set this up to a reasonable size of space
3. The generic social media buttons showing on each page, I couldn’t find where I can actually edit them to my social accounts.
I have been struggling for a few days, searched online for articles and videos, still couldn’t solve these issues, so here I am, reaching out for professional help.

I downloaded the Peach theme template and I’ve spent days simply trying to figure out where the flower image is located that resides behind the heading text on the home page. I can’t replace it. If I add a background image, it goes on top instead of replacing the one that came with the template. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Installed PopularFX and a free theme. When attempting to customize the theme, I can select “home / header” or any of the categories, but the page that opens does not load the menu – meaning that I see a blank page and can do nothing to it. Help?

I am sending you this message concerning a problem with MasterStudy LMS and PopularFX plugins on my website, Literatuuraanzee.

My website is built with the PopularFX, EduHub template. I use the MasterStudy LMS plugin to create online courses about literature. It seems that those two plugins clash with each other.

The account page, as it is called in the menu bar, shows three different login/register forms. When signed in, your account information is shown multiple times. User info is visible below the footer of the page as well. Masterstudy LMS works fine when I deactivate PopularFX.

I have tried to find out what is happening at the backend of the website, but I can’t find where those plugins clash with each other. Hopefully, you know what causes this issue and are able to help me solve it.?
