Hi there
We run our website on the Pinnacle theme and with the WooCommerce plugin installed and activated. We are seeing the following message advising the theme contains outdated copies of the WooCommerce template files:
Your theme (Pinnacle) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Point number 2 doesn’t apply to our website.
Can you advise when the Pinnacle theme on www.remarpro.com repository will be updated with the latest WooCommerce template files?
Thank you.
Kind regards
Jules

]]>Hello ?? I noticed today, that font themes on my website don’t display properly. When I’m logged in, everything looks fine. When I’m not logged in, theme fonts are changed for some basic type (Times New Roman or sth like that). It should be Poppins and Raleway. Sometimes reloading the page works, but usually not. I’ve tried this with Google Chrome, Edge and on my phone – the browser is not the issue. Any ideas?

]]>Hi there,
I have created a set of eight custom menus to display in a widget on my pages. WP Navigation Menu widget. But the top level of the menu shows a bullet next to it.
Two questions:
I have tried to insert a screenshot image of the menu here but it doesn’t seem to load. You should be able to see what I mean from the example page url I have sent.
Many thanks.

]]>Hi
In the last few weeks, every time I try to edit a post or make a new post, or even when I just open the edit-post state and leave it open for a few seconds, I get a “Page Unresponsive” note.
I updated the WP to the last version, as well as the plugins, and restarted the computer.
When I switched to a default theme, the problem resolved.
Deactivating some of the plugins helped.
Is there a way to keep using the Pinnacle theme and be able to edit posts?

Ilana

I want to paste google tag manager code in section head on my page build on pinnacle theme, and I don’t know where should I paste the code. I don’t want to use site kit plug.
]]>The main image at the top of each of my blog posts is giving me an error when I click the image: “The Image could not be loaded.” Happens on each page of my blog.
]]>The left margin of a post is indented by 22px, with the result that content does not align with the title.
Width of page content area is 844px, whereas for a post it’s 781px.
Is there a way of making the post content area the same as page, with the same lefthand indentation?
Until recently I’ve avoided making posts when using Pinnacle for this reason, and any help will be greatly appreciated.

]]>On the posts page (https://join-up.uk/posts), each item has a full-width light grey rectangle at the bottom. This contained the post category, which I’ve switched off. I’d like to remove it altogether, likewise the 1px rule that appears below individual blog posts such as https://join-up.uk/why-im-creating-the-joinup-network. I’d be grateful if you could provide the CSS. Thanks in advance. Jack
]]>I am suddenly receiving errors when using the advance gallery that state “the image could not be loaded”. The link setting is “custom” with each image in the gallery linking to a new page. When clicking on the image, instead of going to the new page I receive the error that the image could not be loaded. If I CTRL-click the image then it works fine, opening the link in a new tab.
This page is updated daily and the error was only noted today. The only changes since the last update were some changes to some of the user roles (which should only affect logged in users – this error occurs to all users) and an update to the Pinnacle theme to version 1.8.2. could the updated theme be causing the issue?
Have tried in both Chrome and Edge (Windows) and Chrome (Android)
Thanks in advance…
There used to be an option to display the page title on the home page (Theme Options > Home layout > Homepage Layout Manager). This seems to have been deprecated (why oh why?). Is there a workaround, other than my current one of deploying an H1 tag? I am using the classic Editor. Thanks for any help you can offer.
]]>I’m using a plugin called Modern Event Calendar Lite, which adds a widget area for its event pages. It adds its widget area to the top of the widget area list, so if I set my single posts to the “default” sidebar setting in the Pinnacle theme options, they are defaulting to the Modern Event sidebar instead of Pinnacle’s Primary sidebar.
So it seems that Pinnacle’s “default setting” uses the top sidebar in the list, rather than specifically the Primary sidebar. Is there a way to fix this so that all single posts default to the Primary sidebar, wherever it appears in the list? Better yet, adding a way to select which sidebar the single post pages default to would solve the problem.
I can change the sidebar in the individual post settings, but it’s not practical to have to do that every single time I make a new post. I realize that this is a plugin compatibility issue, but I’m sure there are other plugins that add widget areas and might cause the same issue, so it seems like a good idea to fix this on your end if possible.
]]>Hi, I am using the Pinnacle theme with a dark color scheme. It looks great on the front end, but in the block editor the page titles show as white text on a white background so I can’t read them at all. I like that the theme brings custom colors into the editor, but if it’s going to set the text color can it also set the background color?
]]>Hi
I am looking for some help find where the imported files would be for this page
in the theme.
I deleted all the unused pages when I was happy with the look of my website but now want to try out a different gallery and don’t want to overwrite everything else if I imported the demo
kadencethemes.com/pinnacle/portfolio/macro-photography/
I set up a new wordpress on a free host and imported all the demo but can’t find anything called this!
Thanks

Hi
I am using pinnacle theme free version. I want to put Blog Posts(ex.Recent Blog Posts) at the bottom of Portfolio Post page so people can see any related updates regarding the Portfolio Post item.

]]>I am using Pinnacle with WooCommerce. I tried a few different settings for Product in the theme plugin but none seem to work the way I would expect. Right now I have the woocommerce slider off and hover zoom on.
The problem is that the magnifying glass icon to open the image lightbox is showing up for every thumbnail, not just the currently shown image. Multiple magnifying glasses are visible.
We like the look of the Pinnacle gallery and the lightbox, but we also would like to use the hover zoom in order to get the full detail of the image (at least the primary image). Is there a way to have only the magnifying glass icon associated with the current image to display?
I am seeing the same behavior with both Safari and Chrome browsers.

Dear All,
I work with Pinnacle Theme for a long time now but this kind of problem I’ve never seen before.
On the home page, I can use the main and submenu (although I can not change the hover color in backgroud in the second one).
Bigger problem I have with this page: https://joannakwiecien.pl/kolekcje/,
where this dropdown menu is invisible.
I checked the code biginning with: sf-sub-indicator; sf-with-ul, sf-dropdown-menu when I tried to change the color option.
I tried to change it with CSS too, but it didn’t work (with !important option too).
This page https://www.joannakwiecien.pl/kolekcje was bild with layout proposed by Authors, but I don’t know if this could have anything to do with the problem.
I suppose,I missed something, but what?;-)
Any help will be appreciated.
Best Regards,
Anna
Hello,
I’m currently trying to resurrect an old page I set up in 2015.
the page died due to lack of updates to the system and therefore I had to manually update WordPress and pinnacle to get it working.
After updating all plugins, I noticed that every individual portfolio item page wasn’t working, leaving me on:
sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
After pulling much of my hair out, reposting, renaming, and what not, I now come here to seek help.
I use WordPress 5.5.3
Theme = Pinnacle
Suspected cause of issue = Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit
Thanks in advance,
Joachim
I’m currently using PHP 7.1. When I upgrade to 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4 I get these error messages:

]]>I generally use images that are 640 x 480 throughout my blog, so they load quickly and don’t take up much space on the host’s server.
I would like to add a link to open a large version of the chart on this page, Life in a Dol house blog, to make it easily readable. The 640×480 is too low resolution.
I can’t find a way though to create a link on the page to the larger image, which will open as an overlay on the existing page.
Any help to do this would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading.
