I just purchased the Photography Plus theme.
Beautiful theme. Elegant, clean with lots and lots of options and power. Looks like its simple to keep changing my website with this theme to keep my content fresh.
Support was really quick, which is a rare treat when it comes to WordPress Theme support.
The only negative, but its so common with WordPress Themes and plug ins, is the instructions are little out of date and missing a lot of meat. So you will need to spend time working through what all the different options to see what they actually do. But remember, their support is pretty quick.

After changing my years-old site to this theme, I had some issues tweaking a few settings. Progress was made with instructions provided by the developers in the support forum. When I couldn’t get a few details to work on my own, a support member (Daniel) logged into my site with a temp login and made the requested changes. Paying to upgrade to plus is worth every penny.

First of all, the theme itself is beautiful, but also very flexible. The support documentation is a little bit difficult to follow due to the somewhat poor English and outdated images, but overall not a problem. Most importantly, the service system through the developers’ website (not through this platform, but through tickets[dot]themefreesia[dot]com) is EXCELLENT. They respond VERY quickly (less than 12hrs in my experience) and efficiently.

I’ve recently installed this theme and some issues occurred after installation, so I contacted the support theme. What I can say is that the guy that took my ticket was very supportive and available to help. The issues I had are now solved and I can start enjoying the theme ??

The layout is fine.
But the basic customisation possibilities don’t actually match the main image presented. So I tried some support at the Themefresia website, politely asking two very simple and straightforward questions, and they have blocked me out. I’m not even allowed to log in anymore.

I have little experience creating websites, but this theme makes most things really easy even for beginners. It looks stunning and shows your images in a great way. I would like even more guides on their websites, but they offer a good forum where they are fast to reply to any of your questions.
