this is actually my first post on www.remarpro.com. I’ve been working with wordpress quite for a long time now.
I love using the phlox template – appreciate the work of the devlopers <3
Anyway:
When I try to open the Customizer in WordPress, I can’t click on all the items. The lower points, e.g. WPUlike, work.
For example, I can click on General, but I can no longer click on the continuous item “Layout Options” or similar. I remember that this used to work, but not since the last update.
I have already tested the following:
- Deactivate all plugins (except Phlox Core, Phlox Portfolio, Elementor)
- Restarted the server
- Restarted web server
- Restarted Database
- Tried other different theme (WP 2025 – Customizer worked)

]]>I use Phlox theme and Elementor. I changed the submenu in the colors I want, but these changes do not apply to the second submenu, (i.e. one step deeper).
Is there a way to do this? The submenu skin is now set to Classic, but I can’t change the second level.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to import the demo Vivid but it fails everytime to install the required “Recent tweets widget”. I can import others demo and others plugins with no problem. I tried uninstalling Phlox and reinstalling it again but the problem persists. This is on a fresh local version of wordpress.

I’m experiencing some problems with my site which was developed on WordPress and uses the Phlox and Elementor theme.
I tried contacting Elementor and they say it’s a theme issue.
In particular:
while using Firefox, we found the absence of images on some pages of our website olivetreehill.com

By deactivating the Phlox and activating the Twenty twenty four WordPress theme, the images are visible.
On chrome, instead, while we do not encounter this problem, we verify the impossibility to select the items in the drop-down menu.

I’m using the “Yellow Agency” theme. I was wondering how to edit the Info boxes in the info boxes in the “What We Do” section. I was attempting to find a few other SVG’s to use in the place of the ones there in order to have the same hover effect but I have not discovered a way to do it and I have not yet found that specific item in your documentation.
At the moment, I’m experimenting with a few PNG images as a temporary workaround but I would prefer the original SVG’s. Please advise.

]]>I am new to this theme and I am using Phlox to build a site with elementor.
It gives me great experince but one thing it disturbed me so much is when I create a new page, there is a strange gap between footer and the content.
At first I made a margin-top:- 50px in footer builder to cover that gap.
But when I create another new page, the gap beccame wider than the first page.
I have searched around the theme builder but I cannot find any place to control it. There is gap between header and content too but it can be disable in the theme builder.
Is there any solution for this problem?

I’ve got a problem with Phlox theme in combination with Contact Form 7.
I can’t adjust the height of the textarea. CSS ist not working as well as the option from CF7 (x5 or x10 for expample).
It seem that the theme has a style that says that a textarea field has a minimum height. In my case 11 lines. Making it bigger than these 11 lines works (x15).
It must be a “limitation” of the Phlox theme as the WP standard theme “Twenty Twenty-One” doesn’t have that limitiation.
I hope there is a solution.

I wanted to point out problems with the search bar using the latest Phlox Core plugin and theme.
- Unfortunately the search results don’t work at all and the website crashes when you have Uncropped images on your page (Customization > Woocommerce > Product images > Uncropped).
This happens because in general-fuctions.php:2406, the code checks for image size (width/height), and the height parameter is not defined with this option (only width is defined).
This is var_dump of the $results from 2406 line:
array(3) { [“width”]=> int(300) [“height”]=> string(0) “” [“crop”]=> int(0) }
I have replaced the next line with aspect ratio 1 and the website no longer crashes.
- This occurs only in the default search page when no post_type parameter is given. When I add post_type=product to the search request, the page is no longer crashing and the website loads the correct images and aspect ratios. Example request:
https://localhost/sklep/?s=500g&post_type=product
- It would be really great if you could add the default post_type selection to the search form widget. It is available in the modern search widget, but this one doesn’t allow for form style as the other one does. And I really want to set it up this way for our e-commerce site (so only the products will show up).

I’m having an issue with the Phlox theme’s portfolio featured image. When I create a portfolio and set a featured image, after refreshing the page the image doesn’t appear it shows a blank white image on the featured image section. and also the image doesn’t appear in the grid portfolio widget on the Elementor page editor.
Could you please provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue? It would be greatly appreciated.
