Hi there,

I’ve tried modifying the stylesheet’s values of .site-title and .site-description, specifically their color attribute, and no matter what I do, the changes aren’t being reflected. I have used multiple browsers and purged my caches, and no luck.

Also, the footer menu isn’t showing up, and I have no idea how to add social icons to it. Can you guide me on how to do this? Is there somewhere I can input my social media information for this theme?

I would like to make my pages opaque.
i have done this by adding
opacity: 0.5; to the #content in the CSS, however this also make my photo gallery plugin opaque also – i want these to have opacity of 1 and be completely visible

Not only does it freak out when clicking a (apparently broken) link, it disappears altogether when making the window small (phone size).
I just finished that page (BiancaBenz.com) for a client, but it unusable like this.
Im gonna have to get a new theme if there is no fix for this.

Just ran into a bit of an issue with those links disappearing when shrinking the window. They are not visible on a small device. I have not hacked it up took much so I doubt it was something I did. Anyways txs for looking into this.

I’m trying to change the header font, the code I’m using in Customiza->Font options is:

I’ve selected Google font in the header font drop down list and entered this is Google Font URL for Header:

The preview looks good but on the actual site some default font is shown.
Any ideas?

I am wondering if you are able to like your header image to and different page. I am using wordpress as a blog https://www.blog.stuffandstuff.co that is attached to my main site https://www.stuffandstuff.co. On all my main sites pages, clicking on the header takes you page to the home page. I would like for the user to go back to my sites home page rather that the blogs home page when click on the header image. Is this possible?

Maybe I’m just missing it, but I can’t get the Previous & Next Post links to work.
When in a single post view, I’d like to add links to the Previous and the Next Post at the end of the page (after the comment section).
By adding calls for

<?php previous_post_link('<< %link <<', '%title', TRUE); ?>
<?php next_post_link('>> %link >>', '%title', TRUE); ?>

I was able to get the links displayed – but their format is completly out of line and I’m really not sure where in the style.css to put the formatting call for them. While trying that, I also saw that there is a section on Post/Page Navigation, but it seems not to be doing what I’d like it to do…

What I’d like to have, is those two links INSIDE the white content box, after the comment section, and aligned to left for previous and right for next post link.

I have one other quick question:
On my website: musikadventskalender.de I currently have the problem that posts only get loaded/displayed when I scroll down quite a bit.
I guess this is related to a change I made, that replaced “the_summary” in the content.php with “the_content”, because I always want the full content of a post to be displayed, also on the start- and category-pages.
Now though, it is a bit of a strange user experience to have to scroll down quite far before the posts appear. (I think if you just visit the website and scroll down slowly you’ll easily pick up what I’m pointing at).
So I would need to change the trigger point for the posts to be loaded/displayed – but I have no clue where that is or how that is coded… Can you please help? thank you very much in advance!

We love your theme and are currently using it at our multi-lingual musical adventcalender at https://www.musikadventskalender.de

We use WPML on our blog to manage the multiple language we have on our site.
(On a side note: Supporting eastern european languages and they’re special letters would be awesome!)
WPML can show a tag “This page is also available in …” for each single post (e.g. https://musikadventskalender.gfps.org/1-ili-ili). Unfortunately it is not able to suppport this regularly on the home/start-page or any category-page.
So I asked WPML for help: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/show-this-post-is-also-available-in-on-starthome-correctly/
The solution code they provided seems to do the right ting – BUT I can’t find the place where I should post the code so that it resolves my issue.
I can get all of it work, but the text for the language selector is never posted before the regular content of the post, like it is for the single post.
So my question is – where do I put the code to call for the language selector. I think its somewhere within the index.php, but where exactly would it be correct?

Is it possible to display author avatar in meta info box( on the side of post where date, author name and category are) ?

Im trying to get the front page to display at least the first image from the post. I have tried selecting featured image but then this just displays the featured image both on the front page as well as in my post as well, which looks funny. It ends up putting the featured image at the top of the page, followed by the header (content) then the rest of the post.

Since the featured image function doesn’t produce the desired results I am trying to figure out how to get the them to pull the first image from the post and display it on the Front Page along with the article summary/excerpt. Is this possible? If so, how?

Hi! I’m new here so I apologize in advance if for some reason, this is a repeat post.

I was wondering how can I get my HOME button/page that is currently showing in my Menu be replaced with About Me. If I hover over, I can see About Me but I rather not.

I am aware that I can move the Home to be UNDER About Me and then it’ll show and the Home button will drop down when my mouse hovers over it.

I hope I’m making sense.

I’m back with another issue, hope it will not bother you.
When I use your theme, the words are not wrapped correctly in the text.
Words are cut randomly, and sometimes the last letter of a word is alone in the new line…
I tried to modify the css file, with the word-wrap and hyphen tags but it seems not to work…
Can you help me ?

Using sidebars (i hate theme :p) or without infinite scrolling isn’t a problem, but:
1) some people prefear a one column layout (maybe with full with :D)
2) some people use only footer areaa for widgets (i prefear 3 footer areas for them), and wirth infinite scrolling… bye bye ??
So i think that have a little search field in header, or near it, can be a great thing.
Next days some bugs founded comparing Perfetta with Serene theme.
Remember that not all WP users are php programmers ??
(another post, off course)

Can u support infinite scrolling on a next version of your theme?
I think that it’s great for it.
