My header image isn’t showing on any of my pages.

I was using the Pena theme but recently migrated the site so am using Pena Lite. I’ve just about got everything back as it was, except my header image isn’t showing. I have tried different images but nothing works.

Has anyone come across being able to change the background color for the menu at the top from black to something else with Pena Lite? Would it even be possible to make the background transparent on the front page and then like a blue on secondary pages?
