Hey everyone. I’ve installed parallaxsome demo onto my site and I’ve been trying for days to get it to be editable. I can’t seem to figure out how to swap my photos for their placeholders. Also, the whole “first page” is completely blank other than my logo… Please help before I throw my computer, I’m begging!

Hi,

I was wondering what the easiest way is to remove the learn more buttons in this theme. Tried something with the css and in the functions.php, but nothing seems to work.

I was also wondering if it is possible to show full content at an on-click action at the services section of this theme.

Hellos, I love this theme.
I had to installed ssl certificate and after that the slider of the home doesn’t work properly, it shows sliders vertically and without images.
The same problem in the seccion portfolio.
And the slider of elementor is not working as well.
HOpe you can help me!

Hi. At the Testimonial section on the Home page, links embedded in the description and “(more…)” tag cannot be clicked to open on Chrome on Windows 10 (see “Lecture” section at my web site). It looks a similar issue that happened on the slider button as resolved before.

I would appreciate it if you could specify the php/css codes I should fix rather than updating the whole template because I do not want to lose my modification on the code. It would be great if someone could help me.

Hi. How can I activate the link button which says “Learn More” on Slider (see the link for our page, ). It did not jump to the link when I simply click the “Learn More” button whereas the target link is appropriately displayed when hovering, and the link URL itself is confirmed to be correct. For instance, I can jump to the link when I choose “Open link in new tab” from the right-click menu on the Chrome browser (on Windows 10).
As long as I checked, this issue happens on Chrome and Opera (on Windows 10) while it works Firefox (on Windows10) and Chrome on iOS.

During struggling to fix this issue, I noticed that I can click the link only when a slider image is changing to another slider image (very short time like less than 1 sec). I am not sure it directly relates to the issue, but it might be a hint for the solution.

It would be great if someone could help me.

How do I hide the right sidebar? I see a class named .no-sidebar-center on line 2703 (version 1.3.0) of the style.css file. How do I activate that class? Is there a setting somewhere?

I need two menu items on my sticky header: [ART] [ABOUT]
“ART” should do the same as clicking on my name seen on the left of the page: load the homepage, fabiovenetz.com. “ABOUT” should be linked to fabiovenetz.com/about.

However the header of ParallaxSome has a weird settings menu that I don’t understand and I don’t understand how I could link those buttons to the menu that I create in the WP dashboard.

Right now when you click on “ABOUT” it opens fabiovenetz.com/#section-about, a page that doesn’t exist, hence it doesn’t load anything.

Please let me know how I can either:
-link my dashboard menu to the ParallaxSome header
or
-replace the ParallaxSome header items with my dashboard menu while keeping the same style
or
-get the ParallaxSome header items to open the desired pages
or
-get a plugin that gives me the same transparent sticky header as ParallaxSome offers

In case it’s relevant: I’m using ElementorPro for all the rest of the page.

1) Is there a way to add custom menu items to the parallax menu? I’d like to be able to smoothly scroll to some sections of the sections on the home page, but I also need to add in additional custom links that are not on the home page. If I disable the parallax menu to add in my own custom links, I noticed it will show all of the home page section menu items underlined.

2) Is there a way to disable parallax backgrounds on the home page sections for the mobile? The background images are too big and distorted.

I need help changing the call to action button on the homepage header. It currently says LEARN MORE, but I want to change the text and the hyperlink. I don’t see any settings to control this. Thank you.

My social icons in the top right of the page have changed to placeholders for some reason. Not sure why. Any ideas?
I’ve tried this on mobile as well as desktop. Same issue.

I have a WordPress site which is being hosted locally on my server. I have the Parallaxsome Pro installed as my theme and im using elementor to make life abit easier BUT i have come across a problem. My header menu has a black space above it which i cant seem to edit/move/delete and the same with a space above my footer. I believe this may be something to do with the ‘Additional CSS’ but i have no clue about coding.

If anyone could help me it would be a massive help.

Hi,
On the slider is it possible to configure the learn more button so that it goes to another page rather than the post? The post only contains the information that shows on the slider so it doesn’t really allow the reader to ‘learn more’ if you know what I mean.

I’ve worked around this by adding an image on the post pages with a link to the relevant content but from a UX it would be easier if there was 1 less click.

Slider work correct.
But not one Section does not work on the Home (Main/Index) Page.

But it does not work for me.

My sections on the homepage don’t show and the menu items referring to sections don’t work. I have few of the sections Hidden and few other “show”en but none of the sections show. Apart from the slider, part the rest is either last posts! or a static homepage that I set the show.

How can I solve this problem plz! It’s frustrating.

First I would like to know the reason to add body, body p{} to your stylesheet in this new version.
Second, in the customizing section, it′s not possible to control the paragraph of the body, only body himself.

There is any way to change that, without go directly to the parant theme.
