Love the theme, but I’m having problems with colors not changing and errors returning to the home page and receiving no answers to the problem. Even WordPress hasn’t been able to see why it won’t return home. Need more support but getting no answers.

I am not a WP expert.
I have created a website using the Panoramic theme (Premium option) four years ago, and it has proved as versatile and resilient as I hoped it would be. I am still very pleased with it, both aesthetically and in terms of functionality.
Something unexpected happened to it a few days ago, with a side menu appearing out of nowhere. After a couple of hours trying to solve it, I wrote to customer support. Less than 30 minutes later, I had a reply explaining exactly what I needed to do, which took 2 minutes to implement.
I certainly do not regret having invested in the Premium version and I strongly recommend it.

I have used this theme on (3) different websites for completely different types of activities. It is simple, clean, and beautiful. Easy enough for a complete novice. I have asked the developer several newbie questions, and they have helped every time. I recommend it highly!!!

I bought the paid theme.
I had a few questions after that, the support quickly answered my 2-3 questions. A couple of weeks passed, the new website was made, I had a few more questions, and I didn’t get an answer after 1 week. I managed to figure out the things I didn’t know myself, so I solved it myself. Then a new update was released today, which crashed the whole website. It cleared all settings and caused an error that even the admin interface was not available. And there was a child theme …
