I am receiving “500 Internal Server Error” when I try to access “Updates” from the Dashboard on all my WordPress sites that use the Panoramic theme. When I switched to to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme on a development clone, the problem went away. I also receive a “500 Internal Server Error” when I try to access wp-admin/themes.php. Any suggestions?

WordPress 6.6.2 running Panoramic theme 10.2.79
Server running PHP version: 8.1.28.

We are having an issue on our homepage that the header image won’t load. It seems to be the only image that won’t load, and the issue persists no matter what image we put there. Using the Inspect tool, we see this error associated with the div:

We have been unable to find any other reason for the issue thus far. Is it possibly a problem with the theme?

My dashboard says I have an update to the Panoramic theme, however when I was going to update it, I see this message: “You have version 10.2.60 installed. Update to ???.” What is with the “???,” is this a valid theme update?

I use the theme “panoramic” and the woocommerce online shop plugin.

Every product has 1 product picture. When I use a second or third picture, the problem is that the picture overlaps the text (the description of the text).

If I use only 1 product, it is no problem. My solution until now was to only use 1 picture. But for the future I want to use more.

Can anybody help me please?

During customization, I can only change the background now. None of the preset color schemes work, nor does the customization work. I was able to set them originally, but now nothing responds. I change the color and there is no preview of the change. I change the color and save and nothing happens.

I’m having a problem with my menu. The footer menu works just fine. Go to any page, and hit WELCOME and it takes you back to WELCOME, the home page.

However, when I use the primary menu above, hitting WELCOME gives me an error 404 page (I took out the annoying 404 language) and a back to home page button instead. I can’t figure out what’s up or if it’s a bug.

4. Lastly, it says web development and the name of a person who has not worked with me for more than 5 years.

I can't find a way to make those 4 changes

The “from the blog” column keeps moving under the image column on this page (under the main header image + icons). It should be two columns, side by side. I dont know how to get it to stay side-by-side. It always shows side by side in the Divi builder. Appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi, how can I add a “donate” button to the top right of my website? I have added a donate link to the menu, but Id like a button up in the top corner instead.

Id like to remove the theme footer credit, but nothing has worked. Ive looked in the customizer section, tried various plugins, and the footer credit just sticks. How can I remove it?

Also, how can I add a dynamic copyright message in place of that footer credit? Id like to change this for all pages.

Currently if you click it, it just opens up a tab with mailto:[email protected] in the address bar…but the screen is blank. It doesnt open an email editor or anything. Appreciate your help.

I created a template in Divi Builder that I want to use for all my posts. However, when I utilize the template the sidebar widget is still there on the post page. How can I remove the sidebar from the post page only, and ideally, only from the posts that are tagged in a certain category or utilizing the template I made?

I would like the posts pages to be full width.

I bought the paid version of Panoramic because I needed to be able to move the widget sidebar area from right to left. This works well for all pages. In this case, the mobile view also fills the widget area first, followed by the content below it. Under Woocommerce, on the other hand, it looks good in desktop view, so the widget is on the left, while it is at the bottom in mobile view. How can this be improved?

in the sidebar I want to add the widget “mailpoet 3 form” and it adds it to me but it does not appear in the display! And it worked not long ago.

after the last update to WordPress 5.8 I have a problem with my customizer and also my style sheet.

The problem with the customizer also exists when I change to another theme and also when I disabled all plugins!

Maybe good to know: I am using a child theme of panoramic for my style sheet. And since some weeks my logo above my header is not working anymore too.

Do you think it is a wordpress bug of 5.8? Do you know what can help to solve the problem?

I’m hosted on Siteground. I added cloudflare because I thought it would help by using “always up” function. still not helping. I see similar error messages with this theme have cropped up recently but not exactly the same as the above. Any help much appreciated – this is driving me bonkers!

I am using the JetElements feature on the homepage of my website with the Elementor Editor. In the Elementor Editor, everything shows up properly, however when I publish the page and view it, it does not show up properly. The star/ratings feature does not show up and the justification is messed up. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

I have been using the pro version of your theme without issue for years and suddenly The theme is broken and I can only work in recovery mode. I tried commenting out lines 181 – 238 in function.php as you suggested but that threw another error. I have had to temporarily abandon this theme for another but I would like very much to resume using Panoramic since it looks exactly like my client wants it to.

Also, you should know, I do not use posts or allow comments yet someone was able to access a post (which I do not use) and leave a comment — that seems to be what started this all. I have deleted the weird page and comment but I cannot restart the theme. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

No matter what I choose from the sidebar, it just gives me this error. I can’t access anything. I assume it has something to do with the theme, since it says Panoramic in the error. Or it has something to do with plugins? Either way, I can’t access the plugins or the theme to change/deactivate/update or do anything to them. I’m basically locked out of the sites.

Hello, I have had Panoramic Premium for a few years and now I’m receiving the following error when accessing WordPress dash board on my website:

I am happy with all my theme elements except one that only *I* see – the font my drafts show up in. When I changed to Panoramic, I realized that current drafts show up in a medium-grey, very thin font that I don’t enjoy reading. It is a deal-breaker for me (I already quit Panoramic at one point because of it) but if it can be changed so that I can read my drafts more easily, then I will be totally happy!
