This is my first go with a Gutenberg block WordPress site and first with any kind of property booking/rental functionality. Motopress’ Hotel Booking Lite plug-in is included for free with this theme so you can play with the functionality. So far, smooth sailing.
Since the site I’m building is to rent multiple properties with multiple room configurations, I quickly upgraded to the Hotel Booking Pro for the additional payment gateways and ability to add advanced search fields and results.
So far, this theme is fantastic. Because my site will have multiple property photos, I’m concerned about page load speeds. Hopefully this is a “lightweight” theme, as advertised.
The paid Motopress hotel themes offer more bells and whistles, but I find Palmeria to be more minimalist, and thus more elegant. Great job!

It’s a great free theme, has a nice look for a free theme. Works amazingly well with the hotel booking plugin and provides everything required for a small hotel owner. Support is always super helpful. Highly recommended!

I have created lots of hotel websites for different clients but I never came across a hotel theme with the qualities that the Palmeria theme offers and it’s all Free. It is the first time I see a hotel theme that is created by hotel people who understand what the hotel business is all about. The layout is simple and beautiful and the booking engine is very sophisticated. With the Pro version, you will also be able to use a channel manager coordinating all online bookings like Booking.com etc.
It is very easy to get started with the Palmeria theme as you can import all demo text and images to make it look exactly like the demo version. From here you just change images and texts to your own. The few questions I had about some functions were answered very quickly by the support team. If you want the best, then go for this theme…
