Hi, I’ve been trying to install the palmeria demo and can’t get it done even after resetting the whole site. i am using the one-click demo import and it always gives me the error (503). I’m also trying to download the demo files: .XML, .WIE, DAT for manual import. Where I can find them?

sto creando un sito con il template PALMERIA per affittare gli appartamenti.

Ho impostato una stanza da 2 (stanza 1) persone e una da 7 (stanza2).

Quando avvio la ricerca con un numero maggiore di 2 la “stanza 1 “ viene proposta nelle stanze libere.

Vorrei che non venisse proposta quando la richiesta supera i posti letto della stanza..

Ulteriore problema:

ho impostato la conferma della prenotazione dopo il pogamento.

Il problema che se scelgo come pagamento bonifico bancario non bisognerebbe che confermasse la prenotazione me che aspettasse una mia conferma di avvenuta bonifico.

Quando avvio la ricerca delle camere la selezione delle camere non è corretta.

Es. camera “A” ha 2 posti letto e camera “B” ne ha 7,

se faccio una ricerca per 5 ospiti mi propone come soluzione “A”+”B” invece di proporre solo “B”

Want to add top header with sticky.

I used to have a header picture, but quite low resolution (just for tesing). I changed it recently in the theme customisation menu, and now no pic is showing on the top of the welcome page. Even when modifing the pic (and puting the previous one, or the standard one), none is showing.

My pic is cropped at 2560px*1200px.

I tried to remove all my extra css, to check if I didn’t hide or move something, but it doesn’t work neither.

How can I get my header pic back ?

Hello, new to this theme and fairly new to WP so bare with me. I want to rent out our vacation home and create a (fairly simple) website for that. From the descriptions I got the impression Palmeria was a good theme to do this. Actually the demo of it is quite similar to what I’d like to create.
However since installing and trying to customize it I get the impression it’s a theme for blogging?? I cannot get rid of blog post entries and cannot find any booking or other rental related stuff in the theme?
Hope somebody can shed some light on this?

Dans la page d edition de la chambre le calendrier de réserve par défaut est bloqué. Toutes les dates sont tracées. Je ne comote plus les heures de perdues à chercher le problème.

Si quelqu un pourrait m aider ou se trouve le problème ou m aider à parametrer la partie réservation.

I installed the theme with the demo import and I can’t delete in the menu “A propos” > sub menu >”404 page” which is not a visible page in the wordpress menu, the link page goes to :

For some reason I can’t manage the alignment of my posts. They are way too much to the left. I use WP Show post to show posts on different pages instead of using the blog page.

I think I need some extra css, but have no clue how to. Can you please help me?

I replace the header image with a custom slider (MetaSlider) by overriding the following file via Child Theme installation
\wp-content\themes\palmeria\template-parts\content-front-page.php

adding embed slider code instead of this function:
palmeria_post_thumbnail(‘palmeria-x-large’);`

Then I had a white area all around the slide…
So I used from this topic:

body.page-template-template-front-page .site-content .site-main > .hentry .front-page-header-wrapper {
padding: 0;
}

And it works!

But the slider is not responsive

At first I love the theme! It perfectly match my business but is also really friendly in use. Despite that I suffer some problems with the mobile view. The side title and intro are cropped so you can’t read them. Therefore the menu button is hardly visible as well. Can you please help me out?

I was wondering if there’s any way I can add my page title to the featured image / header image section of my website, along with a short excerpt.

As you can see in the screenshot that I’ve linked, the title of the page is ‘Contact’. Would it be possible to move that up so that it’s over the Featured image above, or is it possible to create a new section where I can add text and the title to the top of the page?

It is for vacation rental of an apartment.

My question is following: The Palmeria theme has services that can be selected upon making a reservation. I would like to know if there is any way to add mandatory services (like a cleaning service), which are always checked and cannot be unchecked by the user upon making the reservation?

There is a bug in the theme. If you have an odd number of rooms, for example 3 rooms only on the homepage instead of 4, it overlaps onto each other and is not ordered properly. From the demo import, you can also see this issue from the rooms tab.

I wanted to add 3 widgets in the footer section as three columns. Currently you can only add a menu and add social icons.

How would you advise to do this? Do I change the Footer code or is there a plugin that you would recommend?

Hola, en mi página web tengo una pagina principal formada por 4 subpaginas. Cuando en una de las subpaginas pongo una imagen destacada y luego un carrusell de imagenes en el contenido, la versión movil se muestra en blanco.
Si quito la imagen destacada funciona bien.
Si dejo la imagen destacada y sustituyo el carrusell por una galería de imágenes también funciona bien. El problema es con imagen destacada y carrusell.
?Sabéis cual puede ser el problema? He cambiado los tama?os de imagen y tampoco funciona

The booking cancellation work with the customer’s email link, but when clicking it, the link leads to home page and not a cancellation page. how can I fix this ?

I don’t see a pre-built page or any shortcode to add to a new one that can visually confirm the cancellation when clicking the email link.

Plus, how can I change the email sent when a reservation is made ?

I have mistakenly deleted the system pages needed when you use the booking engine (Search Results, Search Availability, Complete Booking, Booking Confirmation, Booking cancellation)
now i’m considering using it but without these pages I don’t know how to do.
how could i get them back?
