Dear reader,
I’m trying to create pages that show the posts of a specific category. I need pages for that, because I use the featured images of these pages elswhere on my website.
So far, I’ve tried a couple of different plugins for this, but they didn’t realy get me anywere. If you know a good plugin that will do this, please let me know.
Since the plugins didn’t work, I made a custom page template that shows the posts of the catogory with the same name as the page title. Still follow? I used the following code:

<?php endwhile; else: ?>no match<?php endif; ?>There is a problem with this setup. It will first show all of my featured images, post titles and post dates, and than all of my post contents. The reader is nog able to see what content belongs to what featured image/ title. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, I would like there to be a limited amount of posts, forinstance 5. Would anyone know how to do this?
Again, I will also be perfectly happy with a proper working plugin that shows my posts WITH featured image, title and date.

I am new to wordpress and I want to change the page colour on my site from white to black. How can I do that? I was searching all day and I was watching videos but none helped me.
When I initially installed Mystile I couldn’t change the site title from “Mystile” so I reinstalled Mystile and now no site title shows at all (eventhough it has been saved on Settings General).

I am using the 2014 theme. I have a problem with the page titles which are displayed in both the menu and on the page itself. So the menu button will say, for example, Home and then the page itself has a heading “HOME”. How can I get rid of the excess title on the page itself.
I looked around, but con’t find somewhere it turn it off or delete. I tried taking out the page title, which just gives me a menu item hat says: “untitled”. I tried deleting the slug, but it just reasserts itself.
Any ideas?

The account and site im using was made by someone different and im looking to change the website around. but there are somethings i dont wish to change because it links to some DB and i dont want to bother with the linking and that part works fine. but in redoing the website (normaly i would just copy the code start over, but i cant seem to find the cod for it. when i go to edit the page the text is blank and the only thing marked is Template Application. is there somewhere i can go to copy this?

What I want, is that in a long post, when I break in multiple pages to:
1. Have a next/preview
2. ?nstead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to have custom text. For instance, if I make top 100 most beautiful songs, to be able to change “2” with 15 to 36″.
3. To be able to put thumbnails for each page.
How can I do that? And, most importantly, what file I need to change? I can’t find single.php, I am using fastblog theme.

Can anyone please tell me if they have had this problem. I select the photos to buy then click view cart/checkout. I then get redirected to the checkout page where the photos that i selected are showing with price included and the resolution that was chosen and below the photos i have a white column. My background is black and this white box seems to have no content in it. Any ideas on how to remove it or to change the color

The contents in the page are not displayed in the right format(bullet points,spacing, bold etc) after i publish the page. While in edit page mode its displayed correctly, but after publishing, the page looks all jumbled and theres no spacing between paragraphs.

I created a form and inserted it into the text editor for that particular page for my website. Beneath it I put a paragraph of text and that’s it. So, there should be only the form and the paragraph, but for some reason there is an identical extra form at the bottom of the page. And no matter what I do or where I look I cannot figure out why it is there. It is not in the text/html nor visual editor for the page. Not in the theme’s css, I just don’t get it. It is however in the websites html that I can view via my web browser, but I obviously cannot change that. Can anyone help?? By either telling me what the problem is or where I can change it, thanks!
