Love the theme – thanks!

I’ve noticed pages that use the Wide Page, No Siderbar template are not fully responsive. Most of the page is, but the content area does not scale/flow.

Where would I start to troubleshoot?

(I’m using Chrome on Android and Firefox on Mac.)

Plaese how to change icons of the types of posts? I Have the new images with the same names but I dont know where to upload it?

Dear Sirs,

I’ve just created a blog on the free version of WordPress with your free version of Pachyderm.

I would like to add the Twitter widget on the right sidebar, but I really can’t adjust the right width according my twitter widget ID. In other words, when I insert my twitter widget ID, even if i set the width to “0” px, the widget doesn’t fit in the sidebar (it is always larger than it should be).

Is there any chance for me to solve this problem? Please advise as soon as possible.

I just translated your theme to Hebrew and uploaded the files to the Languages directory but the translation does not appear.
What am I missing?
Also, I would be happy to provide you the translation files so that you could add it to your theme.

I use this theme at https://freshvanroot.com/blog, and with some posts live i realize it would be better to just post title and excerpt of a post instead of full posts on my Blog Homepage.

I tried doing this under settings but did not find a solution – where / what do i need to change to make this happen using this theme?

I really love the Pachyderm theme! I have one problem though: The theme is responsive and looks beautiful from a mobile phone but not so god when surfing from a tablet. I want it to be possible for visitors to see the sidebar/-s when surfing from a tablet. Is it possible to remove the responsiveness for tablets? I mean, to make the theme responsive only when the screen is as small as a smartphones?

Is there a way to center the menu links? My client’s site only has 3 links at the moment and they look a bit silly just sitting on the left there. But I can’t figure out the necessary CSS magic to fix it.

Sorry for my english, not so good, I’m french.
I choose Pachyderm and all is ok except the sidebar.
I will use only the wide and no sidebar page modele for all my pages.
I just need a sidebar in the footer because I need to put 4 widgets (text, links, calendar…).
I’ve tried to change code following instructions found on various website but it don’t work.
Please, would you like help me ?
Could you give me instructions.
I’ve already create a child-theme. I know how i to edit the various files.
Could you tell me which files change, with what code and in what order?

In the small menu – for mobile users – only the pages that are in the top level menu show up. Subpages seem to be inaccessible.

I love the simplicity of this theme, but the margins seem to be really small and cramped lately to me. How can I widen them a little bit for both the post area and the sidebar.

Is there a way to change the link to comment on a post from the heart icon to a simple text link (i.e., “Leave a Comment”) and have it at either the top or the bottom of the post?

I’ve tested Pachyderm in Firefox and IE, no problems there. However, when I use it with the latest version of Chrome I have issues with the font size, it doesn’t display correctly.

I’ve tested this in 2 separate desktops and a laptop, so I know the issue is persistent but ONLY in chrome. Although other users on the main forum have told me they experience no issues.

For example, when I enter my website, the font appears to load correctly when I go there and looks like this.

I’ll click another page such as the About Us and BAM, all the font turns huge.

And if I go back to the home page, the font is still huge and not back to normal size.

I want to stop the featured image from appearing on my homepage/frontpage. I have to keep a featured image attached to my posts because I have to use it for my archive. But i don’t like it on my homepage of posts.

thanks for this great template.

In the dashboard/menu, the blog with all the articles is a link by default not a page.
So if I want to change the home page (not to display the blog articles excerpts but a static page), then the link to the blog doesn’t work anymore probably because both the static page and the blog share the same link.
As the blog is not a page, I cannot choose it in the menu “reading options/ blog posts page.

Sorry I couldn’t explain it better in the title. xD Basically, I have a big header picture for my theme and every time you navigate across the website itself, the page reloads back to the top, causing people to have to scroll down constantly to view my content/posts. What can I do to keep the scroller where it last was when you navigate to another page/post to avoid scrolling down constantly?

I’m not sure if this is a problem with my settings or the theme itself. My front page’s first post doesn’t show, it hasn’t disappeared, just links to the post itself. As you can see here: https://www.reemalhashmi.com

I tried going to Reading settings and checked the “full entry” not “summary” for viewing the posts, but it hasn’t helped. It has always been on “full entry” anyway, just tried disabling and switching back.

How can I fix this?

I’m trying to make changes, in particular to my site title and tagline, in Pachyderm theme.

I’ve downloaded the one click child theme pluggin and created the Pachyderm child theme. I’ve gone to my Go Daddy account, launched web hosting, gone up to the Files & FTP tab and clicked on File Manager in the drop down menu.

I’ve then clicked on the wp-content folder, then the theme folder then clicked on the pachyderm file (the pachychildtheme sits directly about the pachyderm file).

What I need to know know is what – specifically – I do now (ie, what I take from the pachyderm folder and put into the pachychildtheme folder) to make the changes?

Sorry if this seems silly. I want to add social icons to the main sidebar on Pachyderm. I can’t find a widget that will allow me to add images. I tried using the “text” widget since it said it allowed html but inputting the “img src” code did not work.

How would you go about doing this?

First I have to say, I love this theme! It’s so beautiful, and simple but pretty good for content.

And I have one question, there is some minor issue of the responsive CSS, right? I can see some issue for my site (https://litouch.com) and even your demo site. The post title/thumbnail and excerpt do not work very good on small screens.

I have been using your theme for a few months now, and suddenly whatever page I set the default post page to becomes corrupt and displays the wordpress editor on the screen. That wordpress editor page is also showing up at the bottom of every page. I tried deleting all posts and starting over, but that did not work. I don’t want to update to your most recent version because I did add some customization.

please help me. I am using your Pachyderm theme in wordpress, every time I click the any menu before the results the word ” Category Archives:” shows.. for example i select the travel menu it will show ” Category Archives: Traver” how can I erase these one??? I certainly don’t want these to show whenever i select any menu.. please do help me.
