Salve, ho un problema al mio sito. Quando si va ad aprire un qualsiasi prodotto dello shop online del mio sito, a caricamento completo della pagina, la descrizione del prodotto scompare. Ho contattato l’assistenza e mi hanno detto che dipende dal tema e di contattare appunto l’assistenza del tema in modo che possano fare debug ed individuare la problematica.

I just downloaded Own Store Theme and I really love it, I currently have Demo 1 on but I really like the look of Demo 2 but when I go to import demo and click continue & import it says failed – An error occurred while fetching file from: https://loulous.net.au/wp-content/plugins/spiraclethemes-site-library/ocdi/own-shop/demo2/demo2-customizer.dat!
Reason: http_request_failed – Missing header/body separator.

I did see someone else have this problem but I saw it wasn’t resolved. How do I find the missing header/body separtor to be able to import the demo?

Hi there,
I am unable to change my Navigation menu font color for this theme. I have already disabled elementor from making changes to colour. I want it to appear purple, the same as when hovering and I can only seem to change the underline, background, etc. I have gone into header settings as well as color settings and been unsuccessful. I have also already disabled elementor from making changes to colour but no change. I cant seem to find the proper tags so that I can change in custom CSS, not sure what else I might be missing.
