So far I was using the Openness theme and could customize it without any problem. I have switched to a multisite installation, installing everything again, and when I want to customize Openness again the customization menus do not load. Please, can someone tell me what to do to enable the customization menus.

Does somebody has experience with using WooCommerce in the Openness theme?
I can’t get it working properly and I don’t know why.
The page for ‘Payment’ is displayed very strange and is not working right. I already deleted it and reinstalled the payment page, but there is still the same problem.

I made a screenshot, because the page is not online right now because of this problem. This is how the page is displayed:
