I have installed Open Shop Theme and Hunk Companion Plugin. When the plugin Hunk Companion is active, and Going to Products-> All Product -> Click Import. It gives the error and set the page too many redirects. See error https://prnt.sc/p2BzlbnAn9bT

There is no other plugin active except the woocommerce. This is the issue with Theme Open Shop.

Please make it compatible and suggest work around.

I’ve set the email address field in the checkout billing page as not required, but new users are still prompted to fill out the email field to complete their order. Why this happening? Please solve the issue.

I’ve contacted you previously on the issue, however your response was not very helpful.

I’d like to get access to editing the front page through the FrontPage Sections. However, there’s no such menu item in my customizer, no matter what I do, all the instructions included in the theme followed.

As far as I can see, sometimes some other users (even with different themes) encouner this problem, too, but none of their solutions helped me.

I also tried completely uninstalling the theme + deleting the folder on FTP, so that I could install it with all the settings reset to the initial. However, this didn’t work either and when I installed it again, all the settings were as before.

When I contacted you with the form on your website, first you repeated the theme instructions and then suggested I get the Pro version to get extended support.

Well, that’s lovely. I really like your themes except for this problem, and I’d love to buy a Pro plan. However why would I do that if so far the free version isn’t working as supposed too and there’s no support on a basic feature? Should I expect the same after purchasing a Pro plan, thus having my funds wasted?

Hello, I designed this page with the theme of open shop, everything works perfectly but it happens that the Body of the web has a blank space after the footer, and apparently it has a certain height because on the page that are short it reaches the footer and then follows a large blank space after the footer. How to auto open coupon table on checkout page (mobile view)

I really like your theme, but there are some points that I find unsatisfied, hope our team can release an update to fix some of the following errors.
1st: The title bar is not pinned when used on mobile platforms.
2nd: The Mini -cart don’t have price information right next to the quantity when using on the phone
3rd: The presentation of information related to the shopping cart is not beautiful, difficult to watch when using on the phone

On the front-page products carousel, how to set the width and height I add the large size of image is not fix it looks not good.

In the header middle, between “Search for Product” and the Search-button is a Category-dropdown (which is great), but the order of the categories doesn’t make sense to me.

Where/how can I make it use the default order as in the other product-category menus?

And another, less important issue: Is there any way to use a header background-image?

BTW: I found your theme only yesterday and so far I’m quite impressed.

Добрый день! Не могу найти настройки. Если открыть какую-нибудь категорию, когда все товары открываются, то название товара отображается не полностью (когда долгое название). Например у меня “Гортензия…” А должно быть полностью видно “Гортензия метельчатая грандифлора”.

this theme is great. The only thing I’m trying to figure out in the category menu why is that when i make a sub category it does a side dropdown is there any way to change it so when you hit you parent category the child categories fall underneath the parent category look forward to hearing from you

Thanks for this great theme. Can you please give me a css code to remove the categories dropdown by the left hand side from other pages on my website. I’d like the categories dropdown to be shown in only the homepage which is my shop page.

With Open Shop,we can show woo category in our home page. But the problem is only categories with products are shown, how to show empty categories on woo category section of HOME PAGE (not SHOP PAGE) ?

Open Shop “Call To” action doesn’t go to the correct number, that’s why I have to dig for the source code. Turn’s out there was a bug/ mistake on the code.
