I am new to WordPress and I bought your theme a few days ago to help a friend out with her candle sit and so things have gone smoothly except for two items I was hoping you can help with:

1. On the Shop page, it is displaying Archives: Products instead of just Products and can’t seem to find how to resolve this.

2. What’s the trick to remove the “This is Photoshop’s version of Lorem Ispum …” and replace with something else.

Can you please help me fix the font colour and type so that it is the same writing as the bullet points? The grey italics is very difficult to read.

I’d like to update the font for both the long and short description.

I just bought this theme, I have upload the theme and activated it. I don’t see the sample web pages as they are advertised on this link:-

What am I missing?
I thought once I activate the theme, I will see all the pages and I need to do is to update the pages?

If I’m going to set up the pages, menus and everything else, Why do I need to purchase the theme? I can’t not tell the difference between the free version and the Pro version

We have received feedback that we would get more product reviews if we allowed guests to leave them. We have the settings set to allow this.

In WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products >> General >> Enable reviews you can leave the option “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners” unchecked. That way guests can leave product reviews too.

However, when a guest attempts to submit a review, they are directed to a page that says “Error: Please fill the required fields (name, email).”

The problem is on the reviews page, there is no “name” and “email” fields to be filled out.

Why is the text in the blogs and in the product details a light colour font and also italics?

I have received a fair amount of feedback that these are difficult to read.

“The product images on my site are very large and I am unable to resize these images. I have tried changing the product image settings at Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product image but the product image is not changed. Is there anything I can do to reduce the size of these product images on single product pages?

The shop theme works great, except if they are trying to purchase on their mobile phones.

When viewing a product on a mobile phone, they are unable to select variations for the product, change the quantity, nor add to the cart.

This was seen with both IOS and Android.

It seems to work fine on tablets.
