Hi,

How do I remove the massive space between the Section Header “Personalized Children’s Books” and the jetpack slide-show? The theme keeps adding <p> breaks, but I also want to get the space as small as possible. Also has anyone found a way to get Tiny MCE advanced functionality in the “Theme Options” editor? Thank you for your help.

– in device toggle mode (mob. view) the top logo is not clickable.
How can i make it work as link in mob. view ?

OneTake not picking up previously working Static Front Page (“Home”) after upgrading from 1.29 to 1.30.

Is there a bug, or does something need changing in the existing setting to allow 1.3.0 to load the previous contents of Theme Options > Home Page ?

I’ve even tried ‘Restore Defaults’ but the Home Page sections are not being discovered.

The site, gypsyherbs.ca , was working exactly as it was supposed to be working a week ago. I then checked on it today, and the site is completely broken, and I can’t seem to figure out why. I even reinstalled the theme, and it is still displays it as broken. There should be 5 sections and there should be 5 links at the top, instead there are only 2. Also, it’s displaying the menu, Main (Primary Menu, Top-Bar Menu), even though the setting in the back end indicate that it is displaying the menu, One Page Menu (one page menu).

I would appreciate as much help as I can get, and I’m usually pretty good at finding the error, but not in this case. I am completely baffled.

Hello everybody! Lately i installed OneTake wordpress theme on my https://melinamakrisdaily.com domain. I enabled & fixed everything through my Theme Options, but at last, after pressing the save button, i cannot see the final result (video & sections) on my page! Why that?

I’ve been all up and down, in and out of style.css, copying and modifying the CSS pertaining to the main nav into the Theme Options custom CSS box.

I just want to change the font-size to 12px in the menu, and the family to font-family: ‘Oswald’.

How come this theme is so difficult to change CSS with? Is this not the CSS to alter to change font-family and font-size? Please advise:

Hi,
The Theme Options pages hides all the .group sections to start, and I can’t access settings.
If I force options-custom.js to show it, I can access settings but accordions, toggles, tabs, don’t work.
Any ideas to fix it ?

1. I can see where to add slider, but I can’t see where to display it on homepage using the one page.

2. When I read the documentation I could see there’s something like portfolio, but I can’t see it in my own theme when I installed.

I think something is wrong.

Hi, I’m applying my design work to a client’s site, and they chose your theme for the project. Full disclosure: I’m a print designer, with old html/css experience… ux/mobile are not my strong points!

1. Am I able to replace the video section with a static image or background just for mobile?
2. We have a table that has overset columns. Can we make that piece something that can be side-scrolled? Tried this: .crit-sched {position:absolute; overflow-x:scroll;}
3. The “Volunteer” and “Contact” sections have overset text. This is probably my oversight, I’m just not sure how exactly to fix it.

I’m trying to get the section anchors to work from other pages (or direct URL). My site is https://test.valetconfidential.net/ and I have sections #section-details and #section-map

The anchors work within my front page menu, but if I directly to https://test.valetconfidential.net/#section-details or https://test.valetconfidential.net/#section-map the displayed URL is test.valetconfidential.net/# and I just get the top of the front page (same or my “primary menu”)

Hi, I was reading your theme documentation and your are mentioning options like: mp4, ogv or webm. However, my options only show YouTube video. How can I upload other options?

Anybody else gets an error when activating the featured homepage layout on this theme?

I’m getting an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE – No data received error.

But, if I’m logged in, the page shows correctly.

On the product page I am getting after the Product description a “sidebar” underneath which is not wanted.

when i want to link from a single page to a onepage section the #section-stuff will be transformed to # and didnt show the section. Is there a way to fix this easily?

After moving my site from a local staging environment to a live server, I have lost all of the theme options I have set. It appears as though they are still in the database, but they do not load. Instead the initial options load. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have created a secondary menu and am trying to add it to the Top Bar Menu but it is not displaying. I’ve tried in Customize and Menus – but not working. Please help.

Does this theme allow for the video background to show on smartphones?
