Now my pictures have the same dimensions as in theme recommended.
If I use jpg or png.
If jpg: the header area is white without any text to see.
If png (transparent backgroun): the header area changes to a lighter corlor but nothing else is to see.

I can’t get the title to show up unless there is a tagline. I don’t want a tagline.
