I have installed and set up OnePage Parallax theme for a demo website to check how it works and a have an issue with the dropdown menu arrow icon which appears as a little square. Is there a way to fix this?

I purchased the onepage PARALLAX theme and received an email of a receipt but no instructions or license. It’s been over 10 hours since my purchase and i have not been able to access any of the features on the theme or anything. There is no contact info in the email at all. it is only a receipt.
