I have Oblique free theme (also wordpress and woocoomerce). Iwant to make in my menu blog page but my posts are not displaying correctly, the articles fall over the menu in the footer (down menu) and the text is hidden. When i click on my post opens correctly.

With Chrome and Edge My homepage is resizing. It’s correct 2 secondes and after the page widens, pushing the articles out of screens.

I see the CSS file but I don’t know what the problem is.

Help plz to fix this problem

built in and it works, but not with Firefox Mozilla ??

Sinds a couple of days Oblique won’t work in Firefox Mozilla. The site I’m working on is https://www.vocalleadership.nl. In Chrome and Edge it shows the first posts correctly. But in Firefox, beneath the header it’s empty.

I’ve tried everything I can think of. Reinstalled the original theme with a new empty database. But still nothing works.

Is there any one experiencing the same problem?

I do not want that down below there is an “older posts” button, I just one endless stream of posts.

Ok, I don’t know why but my HomePage broke, posts are not showing, and the menu icon does nothing.
I tried the forum solution and changed the line :
var colGroup = this._getTopColGroup( colSpan );

with no success. If someone has an idea…

There was already a topic about wp 5.5 and Oblique disliking each other. It is set “resolved” already.

I used to like Oblique a lot. Well, it’s gone, no more updates. ??

Could you suggest me similar themes, with similar list of the posts on the opening page?

Maybe someone could create a child theme of Oblique, what works with wp 5.5 and post it here?

When I updated to WP 5.5 yesterday the home page of my site (which is just the classic blogger “recent posts” page) broke.

Instead of having ten individual posts nicely spaced like normal, all of them were piled directly on top of one another where the first post should be.

This seems to be the only thing that is broken, but it’s a real duzy, and it makes the site totally unusable.

May have something to do with how 5.5 handles the masonry script, but I don’t really know. (I’m a machinist, not a web programmer.)

I have already tried the jQuery Migration Helper plugin to no avail (didn’t do anything, near as I can tell, certainly didn’t solve the problem).

Could really use some help here. I love this theme, but I cannot just not update WP for the rest of time, so I need to figure out what is causing the theme to break and how to fix it so it will work going forward.

I have reverted the site to the previous version of WP, so it is now working. The below link is to the page in question, but it will look correct if you visit, because I undid the update. That’s what it’s SUPPOSED to look like.

i have installed the theme Oblique.
i have making the colors in customizer only white and in customizer i have the padding set on 1 and 0 .. but now there is on the laptop great but on my mobile i see a grey stripe. If i set the padding two times on 0 than i see a big grey stipe.. Do you now how i can delete the stripe? You can see it on my site at the mobile: https://look-quote.nl/

Oblique looks nice ! Thanks !

On smartphones the header covers the whole screen. When visitors click on any item they still see the same screen, they have no clue that the content is already there so they should start scrolling down.
It would be nice to have a less heavy image there and hide it on all pages and posts.

How to reduce the header image’s height and shown it only at the homepage?

I recently choose Oblique theme free version, I was able to modify and customize almost everything.
But this morning I tried to remove the footer credits to add my copyright in the editor section. And since then the menu doesn’t open anymore. I do not know what I touch but I do not find the way to go back how it was before.
Can you help me to find a way to see the lateral menu again?

I run is some troubles today. After making a new post on my site yesterday, today i find that almost all the text on my site is bold. Except of the italic one. This happens no matter of the browser used. Also on mobile the text looks normal.
Anyone has any clue why this happened and how to fix it??

Note: when i started using this theme i made some modification to it and, for not losing them, i blocked the theme update. I know is not the best way but is most suited to my knowledge and it worked fine till today. So updating the theme is not a solution for me.

I am using your Oblique theme and I noticed that on mobile there is a black margin on the right-hand side that is actually messing up with the menu and with website itself.

How can I resolve this issue? I tried adding some custom CSS but I didn’t find the right one.

Hi there,

I am using Oblique child theme and Elementor and facing a great problem.
My front page has a few anchor links and the menu doesn’t hide after clicking these links (the page scrolls in the background).

This is a major issue in the responsive mode, especially because my menu icon (3 bars) also disappears so you can’t even close the menu.

I would appreciate any help!

I have 3 posts appearing on my front page as expected, but they are ignoring any text formatting and paragraph breaks in the post itself. How do I fix that? I must have these previews of the posts include the formatting.

I wanted to write with a question concerning the adjustment of the left and right margins for all of the pages and posts of my site. My issue is that each line of text on each of my pages and posts is very long and I would like to shorten all of them by increasing the margins on the left and right sides of every page/post so that each paragraph of text is more narrow and less wide.
My understanding is that I need to make adjustments within the Stylesheet (style.css) of the theme editor for the Oblique theme, but I do not know what to do. Any assistance that you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated!

About a year ago, HassanMullah posted a question about metadata showing under the image for the blog previews on the home page. Although his website seems to have corrected the problem, I started using this theme about a week ago, and I have the same issue. From what I could see, his question was never answered or resolved. Is anyone else having this issue? What have you done to correct it?

I started a new WordPress-Blog for the brother of my husband. He simply wants to share his art with the world. I decided for the Oblique-Theme and wrote 3 posts but they aren′t visible on the home page.

They′re all categorised under “Allgemein” and the start page should display the latest posts. (I choose in customizer)

Can you help me and tell me what to do?

I cannot log in to the admin page of my site yclipsemusic.com, despite all the efforts. The link above used to work but not anymore. The site does load in, but instead of the admin login, there’s an “Ooops!That page can’t be found” message.

I’m having issues with my drop down menu on my landing page. I have oblique theme and elementor page builder. The drop down menu is working on all my pages apart from my home page (on both French/English version of my website).

I’m pretty sure it come from elementor page builder but can’t deactivate elementor as I built my entire website thanks to elementor.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

When searching for a product name, the results page show the product title and description, and not the picture with price as a webstore would.

Also, show the blog posts, i’d like to have there just the store products.
