Why are there no support forums or reviews for this theme? That seems strange. Am I missing where they are?

I just installed this theme last night, and I haven’t been able to get my images to display on the posts page or on the home page. (check-out)
Every post has a Featured Image which also does not show up anywhere.
In my last theme I had most of my posts on ‘Gallery’. I tried changing them to ‘image’ and still the image did not show up.
I saw many posts about this in the forum last year, hoping you guys have a solution by now.
