Hello! When loading the site header image in the recommended size of 1900×600, the header image is cropped and becomes lower in height. I checked all the theme settings, I didn’t find a solution to the problem. Please help me make the correct image of the site header.

This is my first time here and I have a big problem, we are about to buy the pro version of newserver and we are having problem with the free version install, after we have imported the demo there’s some extra menus on top of the header of the page with some links and we dont know how to remove, can you please have a look the image and help if its possible, many thanks in advance.

I’ve been setting up this theme in my spare time before committing to the PRO version. For some odd reason when I insert my ADSENSE code for the smart ads between the HEADER tags in the Header.php file, the scroller starts to get stuck and stops scrolling around the YOU MAY HAVE MISSED area on the Home Page. I have deactivated all plugins but the problem persists. Also, note that this happens with the MAGEVER & DARKNEWS THEMES. I have tried Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Firefox with the same issue.
At the time of this support entry, there are no Adsense codes implemented. A big chunk of my visitors do get to the website thru the Home page via a search engine.
On a side note, I’d like to get rid of the Blog page. It is a bit redundant for my website. I have yet to figure out how to add the Social Media Icons following your documentation.

1) I try to reduce the size of the header and I can’t, it is too wide for my taste and there is no way to reduce it.
2) When I upload an image to the header, it never matches the size of the header, there is always plenty of space.

I recently installed this theme on my website. I’ve been fine-tuning it as time allows me. I have two questions, I’m adding a banner image in 1900 x 600 pixels as instructed but the image does not show completely. Second, how do I add Adsense code to the banner area? Once the theme is tuned to my liking, I will run it for a couple of weeks and may end up going Pro.

Please look into the matter. On mobile phones, all posts are showing 2-3 words in one line. Looks very bad. I have tried all the browsers and incognito modes.

]]>The dropdown menu on my website (under the tab ‘news’ on the nav bar) shows up perfectly on desktop, but on mobile, the dropdown is completely blank. However, when I click on the blank spots, it still redirects to the page so I’m thinking it’s a color issue on mobile. Is there any way to fix this?

However, the search icon and drop down arrow icon for submenus that are supposed to be showing on the navigation menu are not displaying correctly (though the plus sign toggle for submenus on the mobile menu is displaying fine). Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me with editing the youtube logo on this page. The header in this theme doesn’t show up as CSS so I’m not quite sure how I would go about adding another icon next to it such as Twitch or Twitter, or replacing the current icon. When I go to the header.php file I don’t really see a way to edit it around like I would like, and I can edit the tags around the fafa youtube with adding extra CSS but changing it directly I am not sure how to do since the header does not show up on the page.
I have not done anything with moving the default php files around only some CSS editing so if someone could point me what I should be looking for or where the location is it would be greatly appreciated. I don’t have much experience with php files.
