Since this a third party WordPress theme it is hard to get support from developers on this forever glitchy theme. Slider doesn’t work, ads wont load, amongst other things. Not AMP compatible.

Good free theme for quickly publishing a news website, but limited, unless you purchase the paid version. Unfortunately that appears to be an abandoned project, with the latest update released about a year ago.

Best free theme and Everything is OK but When I create child theme then its design gets changed. may be I am something doing wrong during child theme creation so please guide me.

La plantilla Demo la estoy utilizando en un sitio de una organización sin fines de lucros de Jubilados y Pensionados de mi ciudad. La verdad los visitantes están muy contentos con la interfaz, y hablamos de adultos mayores, que en un gran porcentaje son reacios y con pocos conocimiento en tecnología. El 90% accede al portal desde sus móviles, ya realmente se han adaptado a la interfaz en poco tiempo.
Es recomendable y los invitos a visitar el portal web.
Actualmente estoy haciendo gestiones para comprar la plantilla Pro.

Very nice looking theme with easy UI but missing the following essential options:
– Typography options
– Single post display options (author, meta, post navigation, etc)
– Archive blog entries display options (show/hide category, meta, etc)
– Single post vs. blog entries layout options (sidebars, full width, etc.)
– Pagination control options (1,2,3 vs Prev/Next vs Infinite Scroll)

Considering it is free I am very happy with it. It is very flexible for my meagre needs…it’s a bit like the bbc.com international ‘theme’
Perhaps the only things I would like to change would be
1. colours
2. display of category name (hide) on home page featured images
3. ability to have different AMP and desktop home page
4. ability to show LATEST posts as mobile default home page
so. specifically the only issue with it is the AMP version. When you have a fully featured-up desktop home page it looks AWESOME ….BUT that same home page requires LOS of scrolling through on AMP to get to the latest posts so regular visitors on AMP become puzzled as to where the new content is

I’ve just spent four days trying to find a news theme that would do even half of what i needed it to do.
This one? It does ALL of it plus more.
On top of that, it’s actually faster than Generate Press. No idea how that happened, but it did! ??
