When the author is removed from the posts list, using this code:

Hi, I have installed your theme NewsCard free version to our wordpress site. I love your theme, but there is a problem that has taken me hours and hours and I still could not solved it. It is about an error occurred in the frontpage content section, and this error disabled the section and I cannot create contents as a result.

It happened like this: Today I discovered that my new theme has no front page content section. So I followed your instructions and video i found in forum to enable the front page content section. I did that by creating a new page, and setting the template to front page template. I then went to customize – home page setting – and I selected the page I just created in the home page option, and below it, there is another box, saying something like post, I did not choose and left it open.

Anyway, I went back to my control panel, and chose appearance, and then chose widget and somehow I succeeded in creating the first block – horizontal/vertical. Then I continued to create one more, a message appeared at the top of the screen, saying a mistake happened, you need to seek help from the tool of the developer. I went to customize – widget, and found the front page content section, however, a similar message appeared, saying there was a mistake during editing. Even I went to appearance, widget and repeated the same procedure, I could not save changes as the same message appeared, saying a mistake happened.

How could I correct the mistake and enable the use of front page content section? It is very urgent as I need to launch our site asap tomorrow. I cannot create contents in the home page due to this error. I tried disabling my plugins one after one, and the error did not go away. I talked to our hosting service provider, and they also said that “That seems to be a theme related problem as we do find an error when we try to insert the “TH: Horizontal / Vertical Posts” to the “Front Page Sidebar Section position, you may need to contact the theme developer for check.”

The error message is in Chinese, and I would translate it directly. In the customize section, inside the widget, there is the front page content section, as I go in there, the error message rectangular box appears immediately. It said: “An unknown error occurred in the editing tool/device” Below this line, another box with blue border and words inside that said: “error occurred in cloning/duplicating.”

If I go to dashboard, appearance, widget, inside the “update” icon does not seem to work, so each time I create a content in whatever area, such as right sidebar, or the front page content section, a pink bar will appear at the top, with a Chinese message that I translate it to English as this: [newscard_horizontal_vertical_posts] was affected by error, may be not working properly. If you want to understand this further, please use the developer’s tool for inspection”.

I hope that the translation would help you locate the error. Please would you help me as soon as possible as our website project needs to be launched by this weekend. thank you.

I created a news site in wordpress,

Of course due to responsiveness, main menu shows in mobile like hamburger. Visitors click on the icon and it expands but in my case when click on the main menu icon in mobile it expands but within a second it disappear.

I set the sidebar in right side but in about us page it’s place below or just above you may missed posts.

I am making a news portal with newscard free theme. Where i have made a custom post type option.. but when i click on the author link of a custom post my admin user all posts show in a page.. but other users whom’s user role is author..their author link is not working.

How can I solve the problem ?

I want to display the late 5 posts under “main stories”, trending stories” and “editors pick”, while each post will display once in total.

The default is that each post displayed 3 times: under main stories, editor’s pick, and trending stories.

How can I change the default settings?

whenever I use breadcumb function of newscard theme, google search console shows this error ‘Invalid URL in field “id” on breadcumb’. after uninstall the theme its has been fixed.
you guys need to fix that problem as soon as possible. then I’ll reactivate your theme.
