Thanks for reading this. I have scrambled my brains too long over this already..:

I`m working on the seo of my website. Score is already acceptable, except for the LCP ( largest contentfull paint) of my banner. Whatever i have tried so far, this keeps rising into the high 2 seconds.

What i have done so far: via functions i added an image preload to the header. Including a srcset. Using wp_get_attachment_image.

In my header file i recall this image/ banner again via wp_get_attachment_image, including an array of widths: array(1350, 360, 150). Am i actually requesting the buffered image ?

Somehow it continuously seems to be serving the large image even in responsive mode. Kinda lost right now.

I’m trying to add a central bar just below the slider, as in the example image of the demo theme, but I can’t find where to activate it. In the demo image there are four black icons with a leaf, a recycle logo, a cloud, a world – just to let you understand what I’m speaking about. Could someone tell me how to add it?

I opted to install this theme. But when I go to ‘Customise’ under the ‘Appearance’ tab, I just cannot see the preview of the site. I only see it when I preview the full version.

Some things I want to see from the preview window within the wp dashboard without having to reload the home page every time.

Could you please look into this?

In the blog page, the individual blog summary shows the featured image in a rectangle, even if the image itself is square and stretches it.

Is it possible to change the default to square rather than rectangle? Or to override the theme from stretching the image and leaving it how it is?

I’m trying to get the site tagline and the title to be aligned the same. I have tried spacing the bottom line in the customizer but it doesn’t work.

The tagline is printing just to left so it looks like the site title is indented or something.

Any idea what is actually controlling the alignment on this small piece here?

I have been scanning the style sheet and I don’t see anything there about alignment for this.

Hi, I’m using the nature one theme and my home page ‘What’s new’ section shows posts with same month.

For example if I have a post in Jan 10 and a post in Feb 12 they show up as Feb 10 and Feb 12 in the home page.

Is there a known bug? Please help me to fix this.

Hi, great theme i love it!

I cant for the life of me get the homepage content to show up on the homepage? I have pages selected in the theme options section, both for feature box and recent work. Is there a code I need to put in for them to show?

Also, is there a way of changing the “About Us” text in the footer to “About Me”? And is there a way to hide that footer complete on specific pages, for example the about me page which doesn’t need the double content.

Why in the Features Box in the home page are displayed all the images included in the pages connected?

Is there a way to remove the post image from being displayed on the category archives?

We don’t need to display both featured image and post image on the post excerpt whenever we show the archives. It can be redundant when the featured image and the first image on the post are identical.

Hola, les comento que tengo un inconveniente con el slider de la plantilla Nature One, ya que solo tengo 3 imágenes y me sale como si tuviera 4, a lo último pasa algo en color negro como si fuera una cuarta imagen (no existe la 4 imagen). ?Como hago para quitar esa cuarta imagen?. Por defecto de la plantilla se puede poner solo 3 imágenes.

Nota: ya traté de solucionarlo restaurando la plantilla, pero no lo solucioné.

I read that if I want to have the full post shown rather than just an excerpt, I just need to replace the_excerpt() with the_content() in the index.php file. The problem is my index.php file doesn’t contain the_excerpt().

For the main I like the Nature One theme, however, I have noticed that the featured image photos which I would like to upload to certain pages, do not resize properly on tablets and phones. They appear squashed,so I assume there is a responsive issue going on here, since anything on the sliders resizes perfectly. Is there a recommended size for the featured images?

Is it possible to put a hyperlink within text inside the slider textbox? When I put in html markup for a link, it just shows the markup on the slider instead of turning the text into a link.

How can I make the featured box links go to a custom URL… as of now they aren’t working at all.

The setting in Reading is Summary.

Although I enter Text in the Excerpt field and add Featured Image. the blogroll displays the first 160 characters of the first paragraph of the post.

Any solution to display the hand crafted excerpt?
