Is there an issue with this function. Today for some reason it’s not working and I also notice3d that the edit feature in the posts isn’t working either

Hi! I just started using wordpress this week for the first time, and don’t have any familiarity with the code/CSS. On my homepage and the ‘Get Quote’ page on the mobile view, the menu covers the title and tagline. This doesn’t happen on any other pages. Is this a problem with the theme or on my end? Thank you!
