Purchased the premium MediHealth theme which is a beautiful theme well fitted to my website in the healthcare niche. During the installation of the theme I asked for assistance and they were quick to respond and did a good job to solve the issues.

I’m very impressed by these guys!
As website designers we are always looking for easy to use modern themes. But after years of design projects we find that even if a theme is built well, if the team supporting it are not good then it’s a risk to use it long term.
The situation we try to avoid is having a theme break and the company behind it says that they wont support us or our clients unless we pay them…
Which in our experience is a red flag when working with developers. If they cannot support what they have produced even when it’s obviously broken, we have seen companies continue with the same attitude even when they are paid.
These guys are different and are professionals.
And developers that are well worth spending money on.
We will be looking at their paid products for our future clients.

Communication Service: Needs a major improvement overhaul.
Support: Purchasing this new feature for my theme went quickly and smoothly(as payments usually do :-)!
But integrating the new video feature to my theme was not straight forward as there was no guidance or instructions provided. Continuous follow up contacts proved to me a long and frustrating process.
However, once the Support Team remained closely involved, the process and final results were done as specified and per my requirements, making all the frustrations along the way very much worth it.
Very happy with what the team were able to produce based on just simple descriptions I outlined in a brief email. Final product is Perfect and very easy to use!
