I’m building a website with mediaphase theme and need fullwidth page without sidebars. I tried to make it self and i did it but it’s not responsible. Please can you send me the files for fullwidth page template?

]]>I’m aware that the theme developers of Mediaphase for some reason do not reply to the support topics here unless I buy a pro version. Does anyone know how to get the theme to stop treating pages like posts? I really HATE the “Posted by author” that shows on pages. I’m okay with it showing on posts but it’s annoying seeing that on a page.
]]>The social media icons will not show up on the homepage. I’ve used the social menu, and tried to create my own and nothing seems to work. The only time the menu works is in the sidebar, but the theme is supposed to auto populate icons on the static homepage. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for a way to add an vertical Leader Board AdSense ad i the full width of the theme.
But the only way of adding an AdSense ad is to add a text widget in the Customize section, containing the AdSense code in the Main Right/Left Features or the Sub Features which forcing the ad to be positioned either left or right. Not centered. This also goes for the footer.
How do I change this?

I want to use my site in 2 different languages. I already have a Dutch version running and want to add an English version. I have the PolyLang plugin installed.
Pages, widgets etc are translated, but how do I change Site identity, contact details, text in ribbons, buttons, Hero banner etc. in another language and preserve the Dutch version? To me, it seems like it does not support this. Is this maybe unlocked in the paid Pro version? I am more than happy to pay if it works, but want to make sure it does before I spend my money on it.

]]>Hi there, love the theme. Just an issue that needs resolving if you can assist please!
It lays with the horizontal menu above the hero banner. I have quite a few items on it.
This means that when the browser window’s width is narrowed, a couple of my menu items wrap onto a second line (below the rest).
The causes the following:
The height of the menu bar is not made larger so the two menu items that wrap underneath now overlay the contact email address in the ribbon below.
I cannot access items in the expanding menu items above the two wrapped menu items because the expanding menu items are below the two wrapped menu items.
To make it clearer, I’ve done a couple of screen captures to help explain (I’ve had to blur most of the items out) but you can see the layering issue.

i’m using the Mediaphase Lite Template on my Homepage as Blog. I’m using the Blog-grid Layout, which shows the newtitle, the newsimage and the newstext. But how can I enable HTML-Code in the newstext, that I can create Buttons (like <button href=”#”>Test</button>)? When I do this now, it just says “Test” without any button.
Is there any opportunity?

I have created pages but the templates always transform them in posts.
I just want normal text in a normal page.
Can you please advise? I tried changing it in page “single” but my level of coding isn’t good enough to sort it out ??
I also want to have all of the side bar on the right and on mobile version I want that bar to appear after the content of the page.

I installed and customized the MediaPhase Lite Theme and lost my footer and widgets. While trying to add content to footer.php, using the built-in editor, it appears I deleted code which critical to the footer.
Now, widgets do not show-up in my dashboard nor on the web page and page footer is gone.
I would greatly appreciate guidance with resolving the problem. Thank you.

]]>I would like to edit the Hero Buttons on the Hero Banner page. There are two of them. By default, one says “Read More” and the other says “Join Now.” I would like to place a link into each of the buttons but I do not know code and am not a coder. Please help.
On a side note, what size should the Hero Banner Background Image be in order to fit on the front page? Each time I refresh the page, the picture seems to stretch.

My congrats to the developers. A great theme and as default, it makes a great landing page. My issue or what I want to achieve is – I have the home page and a pricing table page (2 x page site). Is there any way I can incorporate the pricing page (contents or as post) into the landing / home page? It is a feature I want to display to visitors.
