The Themes are using Google Fonts by default, which is not GDPR compliant by default, but they send me a plugin to strip the googlefonts out very quick

Wow, what a maddening theme. Lots of text editor/editing issues. This them doesn’t seem able to display TRUE WP paragraph breaks correctly. Also, images will NOT align properly in the text no matter what one does. Incredibly maddening!

I have a problem with the product pages not displaying correctly in both the free and paid versions of Materialis ever since the last wordpress update. I have contacted the support and have been told that they won’t support the problem, won’t do anything to look at the page and supply me a fix, that I am stuck with it and if they get more complaints from more customers they may make an update, but it’s not guaranteed and there’s no eta if they were to. In so many words they made me understand that if I want a functioning theme, I must go to a totally different developer. Blown away by the lack of support especially with how much their website tries to sell you on their supposed great support. I won’t be renewing, and immediately am shopping for a better theme today so I can make some sales with my website.

I have used both the free and the pro versions of this theme. It’s a really nice theme, with enough options to create several different sites without having them all look the same. On top of the theme quality itself, the customer support team is amazing. I had a particular situation where I paid for the pro theme and then never got around to downloading it within the appropriate time window. The team was very helpful and responded quickly to my needs. The situation was easily resolved, and they got me back on track. I have had a few interactions with them as both a free user and a pro user, and they have always been super helpful.

I run a small business and don’t have time to mess around. The ExtendThemes team helped resolve a critical issue integrating Contact Forms 7, Hubspot and Mailchimp 4 WordPress. The support was fast. courteous and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
As for the theme, what can I say? Beautifully presented, incredibly powerful and flexible – best I’ve seen without having to build customised extensions and copious plugins.

I am using the Pro version of Materialis and it works beyond what I expected. Very useful, easy to learn and full of surprises.
But the best of all is the quick, and effective, support when I ran into some small problems. In less than 24H the problem was solved and the site is now working exactly as the customer want it to.
